But based on best guesses:
Reds: Arpen
Quints: Hp regen/5 OR Armour quints OR MR quints
Yellows: Armour or dodge flat
Blues: MR flat or scaling OR 4 flat armour blues as well

His "classic" (it's called) runepage is:
Arpen/flat armour/flat mr/flat hp regen/5

But yeah, the basic way to play nasus is to get arpen red and then stack the other slots with the stat that helps you lane the most. The early laning phase is critical. I use even armour quints or mr quints combined with flat armour yellows and flat mr blues. (Though vs pure armour lanes I get scaling MR)

He also has one with arpen quints as well but it's generally always worth getting defensive based quints.

CORKI: dmg quints, dmg reds, armor yellows, mana regen per lv blues
URGOT: dmg quints, armor pen reds, armor yellows, cooldown reduction blues
