The other day I was playing as Garen Vs. Cho. I was able to use my R on him despite being hit by his silence. Not sure what more to add. We both noticed it though (as it killed him), he was a little annoyed afterwards  | ||

One thing you can do to test this is play garen vs singed. If garen uses Q he will always get tossed by singed if singed queues up fling at the same time. | ||

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the fling vs Q thing. in this particular case I thought I was outside of that 'window' if you will, however I could just be mis remembering. Was pretty sure I got silenced, walked forward a couple steps and then got my R off a good 0.5 - 1 second after being silenced. Just thought I'd bring it up on the off chance that it was worth looking at. Personally even if it was a bug I'd be happy with it not being fixed... I love getting Garen ults off whenever I can | ||
