I want to see the ratio they're giving Corki's E, that could be a gigantic buff.
Also hoping to maybe see some Talon/Akali adjustment in the actual patch even if not mentioned in preview(yes, even on top of the gunblade adjustment for Akali, she may not need much after that but a little off Mark of the Assassin proc or something would be fantastic).

The difference between Gunblade and Triforce is the Stats to Cost ratio. That is the biggest problem Riot has with it.

That would require them having people who proactively look for shit like that. Morello's 'we ran the numbers' quote made me chuckle because if it weren't for millions of QQ posts, nobody would've ever run any fucking numbers, when that's all it took to notice how dumb the item was.
While they're at it maybe they can 'run the numbers' on some super weak items too, exec's calling hasn't been good since.... umm.... ya.

Gunblade was an issue because of the huge vamp, lifesteal, and slow. Wota gives you the same amount of spell vamp, but without any lifesteal or an active slow. The only champs its an issue on are ranged champs who don't use mana, but I wouldn't rape wota because of a few edge cases. I'd rather they target a change to spell vamp specifically at champs without a meaningful resource (even though I know they won't)
