If I had to guess , relatively few people were practicing Yorick because it was only in the last week or two that you could actually play him at Riot tournaments because he stopped crashing Observer mode.

Locicero is always good. Then I guess there's people from the old TL team - Yiruru, Smashgizmo, ShakeDrizzle, etc. Neo also knows a bunch of people since he's been able to ask the teams for their rosters if we're not sure.

Irelia Title is now 'The Will of the Blades' instead of 'the Will of the Blades'. Bladesurge: cast range increased to 650 from 600. Equilibrium Strike: cast range increased to 425 from 375. Transcendent Blades: base damage increased to 90/140/190 from 80/130/180.
Irelia Stats: Base health reduced to 430 from 490. Movement speed reduced to 320 from 330.
Irelia Bladesurge: base damage reduced to 20/50/80/110/140 from 20/55/90/125/160. Transcendent Blades: Now deals physical damage instead of magic damage. Now scales with both attack damage and ability power instead of only with the highest. Ability power ratio increased to 0.5 from 0.4. Now heals for 20% against champions and 10% against minions instead of 20% against everyone.

I didn't check the summoner list >.< And yeah I know...I was around well before the subforum was created. I just feel guilty 'cause I thought I knew all the TL admins and such who posted in here.
I really like all of the projected changes this patch. It doesn't feel like anyone is getting super hosed or super buffed. The skarner stuff is spot on, that is basically how I felt when playing him.
I played Skarner quite a bit even from his release, and I've gotta say, having a low flat mana cost on Q is just going to make him insane. That was really the only thing holding him back from being something like a super-udyr, in my opinion.
