My reasoning: The ratio on judgment got increased to 1.4 from 1.2, and the dmg got reduced by 10 on all lv's. So basically it evens out at 20dmg (2 dblades) His Q ratio got nerfed tho. Still gonna be just as dominant, except judgment can do more dmg now :O | ||

 About the merc thing, I think I'll keep them on Irelia, since my philo ends up as Shurelya for regen/movespeed/CDR and dat active, and I usually buy the mercs when I start needing mres. Philo->Tabi->Eleisia? Pretty meh if I need tenacity and mres, and adding a negatron would be a lot more expansive. | ||

It's a definite hit to Garen's early game and likely a bit of a nerf overall. | ||

General: Base damage increased to 57.875 from 56.875 General: Damage per level increased to 3.375 from 3.075" Yeah more damage scaling so he can hit stuff harder when he runs out of energy!, tho as they did remove the energy cost on his ult he may be able to last alittle longer? Not sure where there going with him, they buffed his ablilties early levels but they werent really the problem then they just tacked on slightly better ap ratios. | ||

AP Tank Shen will be much better, imo. Edit: Ew, they removed the heal scaling on Vorpal Blade. That's... kind of a nerf? | ||
