If i play any other type of champion going negative score is a bad thing and it rarely happens but when i go carry it's a miracle whenever i don't go 0/9. That basically goes for all auto-atack champions. Even Kayle or Teemo top makes me score terrible. | ||

So long as the fling bugging out is fixed with this the Singed change is awesome. So many flips where I blink and Singed decides to just stop moving when I ask him to flip someone. Shen buffs will be interesting, Taric Changes are amazing, so is Sions though honestly this patch doesn't really bother any of the champions I play except for Singed. I will be playing Taric more now though. Bwhahaha. | ||

Annie to Vlad to Ryze, I just can't really do them any real justice. I just fail horridly. The closest to an Ap caster I don't do completely horrid with is Alistar or Gragas and I still wouldn't fall back on them to help me carry a game. | ||

They do play very differently, it's rare to see someone great as both AP and AD carries. There's a different mindset, but it mostly comes down to when to play passively and when to go into full on pants on head retarded charge mode. Generally AD waits until they catch the enemy out of position and have the advantage, AP waits until they're at a health range where they can burst them down in a few seconds. If you play with an AP carry mindset and try to burst down someone from half while playing AD, you'll more than not end up dying because you're squishy and trying to stand and auto attack. If you play like an AD, way too passively as AP, then you risk getting pushed yourself. | ||

The two things that ranged AD carries bring to the table are: - shredding tanks while worrying less about AoE nukes and other ranged spells in general. - sieging turrets. Some Teams have startet to use Jax+support bottom lately and I think that we dont allways have to get a ranged AD just for the sake of it. Since raged AD carries have much weaker stats than bruisers (apart from their autoattack range) they force their team to roam as a pack from the mid-lategame on, while bruisers are much stronger at splitpushing and forcing skirmishes, which is the discipline they excell at. Some examples of bruisers that in theory would do well with a support against a range+support lane: - jax (obv) - lee sin: dash in and out, lowering damage output of the AD carry, towerdive potential with ult - wukong: dash in and out, high burst damage, towerdive potential with ult - renekton: sustain, dash in and out, strong disable, huge towerdive potential with ult - talon: silence to disable flashing, high burst damage, high syergy with a disabling support - pantheon: high burst, anti-ad passive just to name a few that come to mind. Those are also examples that do very well even if you build them glasscannony early on while getting tankyer later, so your team wouldnt lack any damage output. You could lane most supports with those kind of bottom carries, but it would also be possible to get some of the less appreciated aggressive supports such as Lux and Karma (Imagine the burst on mantra E+a jumping bruiser). Or maybe even the newly discovered GP support could come in handy if you want to go all-in on your attacks? With such a bottom lane you would have a couple possibilities for a lineup. Such as double ap + bruiser in jungle, or one of the better ranged AD laners mid/top + a bruiser in jungle. Or just stack 3 tanky and do an incredible amout of splitpushing. | ||

Range is definitely a huge thing that you're kind of ignoring. While yeah, you can get melee with gap closers, they're still being very vulnerable by being forward like that. You can get baited into traps, too close to turrets, or CC'd into oblivion because you're in range of everyone. Ranged AD get the comfort of sustained damage (very high sustained damage), a range that's long enough to only be in one enemy's range, max, when they want, and great zoning against melee characters in the early game. Also, from a defensive standpoint, Ranged AD get to cover the other Carries and ranged support. They'll sit in the back of the group during teamfights, take shots at the closest targets, and blow up anyone who comes in range of their support while being safe, because it's very scary for melee to run through a wall of bullets to get at them. | ||

getting closer to my true elo NOT QUITE THERE YET, time to lose a shit load of games are there any other cool new updates or just boring shit like changing the game blah blah whatevers in the patch notes, because the season kind of ended with like a negative amount of fanfare cuz they delayed it like 69 times, and i was so excited too i thought it was going to be like neopets 2.0 but i guess not | ||

While that's all good and well it still doesn't fix what I find to be the core problem with Vladimir right now in this meta and that is that he does no damage and has essentially been reduced to pressing R in team fights and that was pretty much all his worth. The Rylai's full slow is nice but (and I'm just speaking in theory atm, will confirm when my LoL works) all the slow is going to do is help your teammates. I mean he's still going to get outlaned in mid by almost everyone because pretty much everything is still the same, it's only now that once you get a Rylai's (which is an expensive item mind you) you get something from the "buff". His late game damage will still be negligible, his early game is still terrible, only his mid game will be decent. | ||
