We're TL Europe :3 Not sure if we have vods, doubt it though. Our streamer's pc is down hes using a backup. I'm quite sure most of the American's don't know us because the time difference, most of you are at work or so when we are playing go4lol or streaming in general. There is a topic on it though. | ||

And blind picking is horrible. You can't avoid stupidly OP champions, you can't do anything with picking matchups, and sometimes you just lose by random team comp with complete untenable matchups - and then you are stuck for at minimum 20 minutes (by far my biggest pet peeve with this game). At least in draft mode you made your own bed. Playing draft pick normals has been the most fun I've had in LoL in ages, and I'm very sad to see it gone. Edit: I just want to be able to do draft pick games with various numbers between 2-4 and without completely splitting the queues up. I play this game to play with my friends, but blind pick is horrid. | ||

Riven will be receiving a hotfix that includes a set of buffs that should round out her gameplay. Base Stats Attack Speed per level increased to 3.5 from 2.9 Base Armor increased to 15 from 12 Broken Wings bonus attack damage ratio increased to 0.7 from 0.6. Ki Shout cast time decreased to 0.25 from 0.5 Valor Shield increased to 60/90/120/150/180 from 40/70/100/130/160. Cooldown decreased to 10/9/8/7/6 from 11/10/9/8/7. Wind Slash Cast time decreased to 0.25 from 0.5 Missile speed increased by 10% to 2200 from 2000. Not sure if its enough | ||

Can someone explain that? I would assume that all the Riot servers can host any type of game. Furthermore, I would assume that the total number of people who play LoL at the same time doesn't increase significantly just because both ranked and normal draft is available. So what exactly are their concerns? Or are my assumptions wrong? | ||

If they just made the Ki Shout time .1 sec cast time she'd already be much better at this point i'm not sure if all these buffs are really necessary she was already pretty lulzy with a mallet as it is | ||

I think it'll be enough. This fixes a lot of her big problems -- W and R cast times and sustain in lane. You should basically get an extra auto from the W change and R should be a lot easier to hit now. Broken Wings buff isn't in the base values so you still don't have to level it if you don't want to, which is nice since most people don't. Also her jungle deserves another look, I guess. I'm not an experienced jungler so I'm not sure about her potential there. But every single one of these buffs except the changes to R are relevant to her jungling. | ||

the ratio increase on Q is actually huge if you consider you get a bonus for each jump. that means its an increase of 0.3 in total, on a fairly high cooldown that is. Wind shlash a bit less awkward now is fine, but not huge. just easyer to use now and a bit less situational. | ||

I know her late game late is excellent if farmed with great burst and consistent damage but being a fragile bruiser with no sustain means she still lose to a ton of tops. | ||
