Regarding Xin, i think he still is awesome noobstomper - he will most probably always be - and he isn't terrible at better levels of play as well, his ganks are still quite strong | ||

Eh, it's not. And I found this on Riot forums that answers my question: Summoners, On September 21, 2011, we will be performing scheduled database maintenance starting at 02:00 UK time. The maintenance should last approximately 6 hours long. During this downtime, we will continue to upgrade our databases in preparation for League of Legends: Dominion.
