but yea, Poppy's does both, which makes it really infuriating and then you kill her but instead she's still alive anyway because of that damn passive. | ||

I mean either they focus the support which is kinda bad since the farmed carries will rape em then, or they dont, so you rack up stacks real fast. everything above 5 stacks is basicly free AP. It's just a little hard to get it but so far it allways payed out on old soraka and still on sona. | ||

For all the snowball items you're essentially throwing gold into the trashcan. After you have 4 stacks (win a team fight after you just threw gold into the garbage) you've basically bought a super expensive blasting wand that you can't build into anything. If it gains more stacks you come out ahead, but you're giving yourself a weaker early or mid game on the chance that it'll snowball into becoming useful. While you can somewhat guarantee stacks on a support character, I'd rather that gold be spent on wards and oracles for map control. The support has a very limited gold pile in the first place. | ||
