1- I read quite a lot of times that current metagame is boring, that we should put 2 AP bot and AD carries mid. How viable is this style ? I mean, AP nowadays take mid to have good farming, and a sololane makes them lvl faster. In a duo lane, they might lack some AP, etc ? 2- After I get my runes, I'd like to buy an AP carry champ (since I don't play any). I'd like Lux or Karma (she interests me a lot, but haven't tried her yet). Which one would you advice ? 3- In my laning phase, I have hard times. I got harassed quite a lot and can't really manage to avoid it, nor respond because I focus a lot on last hitting. When the laning phase gets over, I usually have the most CS, but I'm not the richest 'cause I am 0/0/0 or 0/0/1 if I got a gank, 0/1/1 if I got ganked, while teammates are 5/1/6 or stuff like that. To sum up, my laning phase is extremely passive, I can't manage to get a kill, even playing with champs like Trist who are supposed to be agressive laners...

Every once in a while I'll press enter to type something, the first few letters will work, and then if I try to delete anything, nothing happens; the only way I can backspace is by highlighting everything in the chat box and deleting then pressing enter to close it. If I'm trying to play and this happens I have to rush and press enter to send a half-typed message in order to clsoe the chatbox and be able to play again. Try hitting shift and then delete again. Or something like that... I just know that whenever that happens to me I do something with shift and then I can delete stuff again. But what I do exactly... good question...

Cause I watched a game on stream last night where all 10 people in a game, including the one playing Lee Sin, were bashing non stop about how OP said Blind Monk is. Pretty sure anytime Orianna is somehow not banned there's instantly some OP talk going on there as well. Pretty sure my nan could of been playing and still beat me with that set up.

Lee Sin might be a little too good with him appearing in literally every game these days but i can't for the life of me recall people complaining about OP champs until this game. It used to be way worse like 6 months ago where this was OP and that was OP and if you played a mirror champ and got owned then your opening was OP. Not saying the game is in a perfect balance place right now (Kog'Maw and Lee being two that really stick out above the rest) but for whatever reason i don't find people calling things OP that often anymore.

AP Carry Mid - because AP carries rely on levels much more than farm. AD Carry + Support Bot - because AD carries rely on farm much more than levels, and supports provide lane sustainability and they can babysit the AD carry. Tanky DPS/AP (ex: Chogath, Nasus) who needs farm, Top. On September 06 2011 06:22 -Zoda- wrote: 2- After I get my runes, I'd like to buy an AP carry champ (since I don't play any). If you are top or mid, you should be ganking WHEN you see the PERFECT opportunity. Usually, you want to farm until about level 6 and then look if there's any opportunities to gank. If your teammates are 5/1/6 and you're 0-0-1, that means you're just not participating in team fights (when the first team fight happens, there should be multiple ones after).

Xypherous (a Rioter) lately has stopped just short of calling Orianna batshit fucking OP. I'm too lazy to find the source, but he was raging pretty hard because right after he called nerfs to Orianna, everyone immediately assumed they were going to nerf her mechanics and make her easier to play.

The same thing happened when SC2 hit the market. You got a ton of really shitty players calling this OP and that OP. But the problem is even worse in LoL, because you get top players calling this and that OP, shit tier, etc. It's like, if it has a small niche, or if it has a large niche, it's either shit tier or OP. There is no middle ground in people's minds for some reason. There is no such thing as "counters." In my mind it's like some dude building only immortals vs zerglings and calling zerglings OP and how immortals are shit tier. And it's annoying as fuck when top players say it cause shitty players like to take their words as the words of God and thus if they say it then it MUST be true. -_______- I only say things are OP to joke. EG. "Dodge OP", "autoattacks op" Anyways, played a bunch of LoL today. First, played some games with a friend from another forum I use, did kinda meh. I don't remember the results, but I am pretty sure I played Ashe. Then I went for a ranked game with my RL friend Troy. The game went the exact same way that every game I play with him goes. Someone on our team starts feeding, my friend starts raging, more deaths, opponents win, I stop playing with him. Then Mua comes online, we get two games off. The first one, the opponent Xin got extremely fed earlygame, as well as their leblanc, and it snowballed from there into a loss. Second game, we all play early game characters (Blitz,Vayne,Poppy,Galio and one other I don't remember), and we get matched up against 4 lategame champions and a shaco. Needless to say we completely curbstomped them and denied their farm/took their towers. By the time they started getting effective, we already had pushed mid to the nexus turrets and the other lanes to the inhibs. It was over. Even if the first part was actually true (it's not, at least not generally), the second part sheds a really bad light on your post. Karma is quite certainly AT LEAST as good as Lux. Shikyos gunblade/rageblade trynd is pretty hilarious I'm not sure its unviable. If you ONLY build AD trynd is flat out nerfed from before.

I can see that catalyst is a good item but for some reason i just plain hate building it. That said i really think rageblade is a bad item but perhaps that is caused by my dislike of atackspeed builds/characters.
