To be honest thats a good thing, a lot of tournaments for 100,000+, even 250,000 plus could really boost the scene. this means more tournaments to be played in. Also what would be even more awesome is if Valve announced their first "season" will be for 10+ million. More money in the esports world isn't a bad thing at all, and it probably brings so many more ppl in, it's good for the companies anyways. | ||

The fact that its 5mil over an entire season is why this is a good move by Riot. Teams that may have been thinking about switching to DotA2 will probably stay with LoL now, and they will stay for the whole second season. | ||

Agree to th e max.. they need someone with high elo experience to commentate no more bad commentary especially on teamfights. you can tell even phreak has no idea what his talking about.. eg zilean with clutch ult and massive double bomb and commentators will go hurr dur they didn't focus the carry! Tldr need less rioters need more treeeskimos (he doesn't count as rioters quite yet) | ||
