I know, I meant that it's no longer degraded by it though, like tenacity prevents the skill from ever 'blooming' or however you want to put it. It was double dipping before, lasting for a shorter duration and being reduced in effectiveness because it scaled while it was applied. Good change, could've just been listed as a bug fix to avoid this minor confusion.

afaik, Riot doesn't prerelease champion prices. So it's hard to confirm anything prior to anyone downloading the patch.

Well to be entirely fair, at least you get to shred their total armor/mr now. Before you basically got maybe 8 armor and 3 mr shred after 5 attacks, lol.

The changes on morganas ulti seem pretty much similar to what they did with fiddle ult when they reduced the channel. 1s less seems pretty huge there. I kinda wonder how her autos feel now. =D

I guess the question isn't what to ban it's which side gets which OP champ.

Udyr/GP/Panth/Garen. Can't ban Amumu or Orianna anymore at all.

Hey now, ever since Trundle they throw in some 4800's now and then too =p

I am actually incredibly disappointed that Riot hasn't released another champ bundle(or *gasp*, a custom pick your own 20 champs bundle) for RP. I still wouldn't buy any but I can't fathom the business decision not to after having more than doubled their Champion roster.

The slow portion of Morgana's ult is awesome too, though. 1 second nerf on the slow, .5s off the stun- not sure how much of a buff morg's ult got. The movespeed and binding buffs are great though.

Dude, the skills now only scale off bonus AD. Sure they increased the base dmg, but the skills earlier took his base dmg into account, spear shot for instance took Pantheons base dmg into account so at lvl 18 his lvl 5 spear shot without items would do 228 dmg without items, now it does 225 dmg and has lower scaling. His HSS used to deal 522 dmg without items, now it deals 318 dmg without items, scaling down to 3.6 from 4.0

Yeah ... bans are going to be really awkward this patch. Just looking at patch notes, at the very least I would want to ban Fiddle, Ori, Jax, Morde, Panth, Garen, and possibly Nasus. I'm hoping at least some of the heroes they buffed turn out not to be ridiculous.

I don't understand why you're shocked by this. What's their motivation to release a new champ bundle? People are coming to the game in droves and are clearly more than willing to drop RP on the champ + skin bundles that come out for new champs. For people that are new to the game, Riot can just point to the existing bundles which give you a wide variety of heroes to try the game out.

Unrelated to above:
Riot's balancing team can't possibly be this stupid, right? I feel like every patch there's some set of changes that every reasonable player looks at and thinks "man it sounds like <blah> is going to be overpowered." For example, when GP was buffed with his new passive, EVERY person I know that plays this game at any sort of reasonable level read the patch notes and responded with "that sounds ridiculous." This patch, we have a similar situation with Panth, Garen, and possibly Nasus. There's no way that the balance team is this clueless about the effects of their changes ... right?

What's with people banning Amumu. When I elo welfare, at around 1200-1400 elo, Amumu is #1 ban. When you get higher, people stop carring about picking or banning Amumu. What up with dat yo.

Wait wait...why is Nasus suddenly so strong now?

Yea sure whither got buffed, but i feel like that's more a fix than anything tbh. his E has more burst, but it's still really not all that much dps and still will be mana-inefficient for farming not to even mention harassing, at least in early levels. the passive buff is nice, but honestly 4% increase for the early levels means you're healing like 10-20 hp more per Q and barely anything more for autos.

I dont think he's anywhere as OP as some people are making out.

I'm more worried about Panth and Garen tbh. Maybe Tryn and Yorick for their buffs, but even then it's kinda minor. Morgana got a nice buff to stats, not sure about her ult, but she's still in the same place as she was before.
