Xin would be random, but I think Jax is really really strong right now and it's just about impossible to lose a game that lasts longer than 40mins if you have a decent Jax in your team. His earlygame also is pretty strong if you know how to animation cancel W. With these buffs though, Nasus is going to be super strong... he can even harrass with his E and use it for finishing blows on enemies who run. Also, no startup time so he can just W E -> GG as he gets a double Q in in that time and it's impossible to do anything about it. He's going to have a kiting problem, but if he's not kited he's going to be absolutely devastating. His early sustain also got buffed extremely hard and now after a few Q lasthits you can pretty much sustain him with animation canceled attack -> Q lasthits, as each of those is going to heal him for like 50 hp. | ||

Sure they increased the base dmg, but the skills earlier took his base dmg into account, spear shot for instance took Pantheons base dmg into account so at lvl 18 his lvl 5 spear shot without items would do 228 dmg without items, now it does 225 dmg and has lower scaling. His HSS used to deal 522 dmg without items, now it deals 318 dmg without items, scaling down to 3.6 from 4.0 How did his lategame damage / scaling become better? | ||
