Monster experience range reduced to 800 from 1250
This is the biggest change I can recall to the gameplay of League of Legends, and no one is talking about it. I can now land a Thundering Shuriken with Kennen or a volley with Ashe...but still be zoned out of XP range. Champions like Kassadin and Malphite with a dominant early poke now leave opponents a dramatically smaller window to gain experience while not tanking that skill (going from 550/600 to 100/150 in their cases).
This is a big deal.

Pantheon gonna be able to zone harder than ever, #1 ban until they revert that change

This is a big deal. Are you sure "monster" means minions? Because I would assume it means the neutral jungle monsters and only those.

Exactly that. I think this is just a fix so junglers who are taking wraiths don't lose XP to the mid lane hero(s).

That's a pretty bad idea considering the only thing pretty much every caster in DotA build as core item was Guinsoos (Or Euls way back). In a 'competitive' setting a 2-3 second disable is just so strong that it kind of outshines everything else.

In fact, a lot of tournaments had restrictions, allowing only 1-3 or certain items, including guinsoos, euls, mek, and necro.

Wards WArds WARDSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. 75 g baby.
What I mean by this is if you havent noticed, dragon is less valuable and more powerful (harder to kill). Your better off ganking then trying to take it. Sames goes for Baron, especially since its got more health and resistance. wards easy

Someone let me know if Garen is back or if he is still poop.

Garen is improved slightly, still not as good as he was before.

the new wit's end is now in many cases stronger then the sword of the divine.
it gives Mres. it deals 168 magic damage / 4 hits instead of 100 magic damage / 4 hits. 40% aspd to 55% aspd. Sotd still has the active which gives 30 arpen+undodgableness so..
can be hard to choose from them

This is a big deal. Though noone knows what do they mean by "monster", they may just mean jungle creeps (usually they refer to lane minions as minions ) to help with mid not stealing wraith xp

And now that it does damage to champs with no mana doesn't that make it nearly a bf sword in addition to all those extra stats? Now that it works on Vlad, Kat and co. won't this item's viability skyrocket? Comparing it directly to a BF Sword runs into the same problem that it does when you do that comparison with Manamune--its "cost-effective" if you only see a BF Sword as 50 AD for 1850 g, except that's not all a BF Sword is. A BF Sword is 50 AD for 1850 g that also builds into IEdge/Bloodthirster. The best legitimate comparison for this item is going to be for what it is--a Recurve Bow item. Comparing it to old Last Whisper, for about 200g more you're getting 30 MRes, 32 AD, and situationally useful mana draining instead of the % armor penetration.

Only heard 1-2 lines but it was definitely british.
On that note Caitlyn is a brutalised version of the Irish name Caitlín which should be pronouced KATH-LEEN. (not so much the h sound but you want a soft a so its not cat, but like cot.) Kate-lin sounds dumb

So excited about the ward buff. I wish they were back to 4+ minutes, but I'll settle for the cheaper 3 minute ones.
