they need to go ahead and make guinsoo's staff of vice or eul's scepter equivalents (both were int items with ~1-3 second disables as actives) so we can get some differentiation in caster items.

morgana's dark binding is a good skill in terms of "fun" output according to the red in question because juking and or landing clutch bindings is fun for both sides

whereas sheepstick or guinsoo's staff is just one dude being happy that the other dude is a walking set of teeth and the other is raging that he can't do anything for 3 seconds helplessly (like a itemized equivalent of malz/ww ult, pretty rage-worthy)

pretty much, also note the low, low number of disables that are > 2 secs. Not being able to control your character isn't really 'fun'. They do have a LOT of slows tho. which imo serves it's purpose without the whole zomg stunned to death feeling that really isn't much fun.

It would also make for even safer/boring play, as with that much disable, if you screw up a tiny bit, you're gonna die.

when fights turn into, zomg who's sheepstaff will go off first, then you need BKB lookalikes, etc, etc. or you could just skip the whole rigmarole.

I wonder if DeathCap and Zonya's will stack .... If yes, i guess playing Lux/Veigar/Annie in pubs is going to be incredibely fun :D

Don't see any reason why it wouldn't. It runs into the same problems as rushing old Zhonya's. You'll still be a glass cannon with your only survivability in the activate and summoner skills. Just more of a gold investment for more cost efficient AP.

The Eul's active is basically a strictly better version of the Zhonya's active (lasts longer, targetable on boh allies and enemies, not just self). In order to make Eul's/Guinsoo's balanced within the framework of LoL relative to items like these two, they'd have to make the cost of the item pointed disproportionately toward the active.

I've noticed kennen is VERY VERY similar to annie except for energy mana mechanic.

Kennen passive = 3 stack stun on target. Annie passive = 5 stack stun on next cast.
Annies q+w combo = kennens zap+shuriken combo
Annie's ulti = aoe drop with pet usually with stun. Kennens combo = aoe ulti with stun and damage.

They are both built similarly, if it wasn't for the fact that annie can keep range for all her stuff i'd almost say that kennen is just flat out better.

Yes, he is. Annie was considered T1 champ for a looong time and i think the main reason she's not T1 anymore is because kennen fills the same role as her while being (slightly) better than her

Only thing that is up for discussion is monster experience range reduced to 800 from 1250 makes zoning a lot easier and makes it so mid can't steal xp from jungler's wraiths.

When Riot refers to monsters in patch notes they are only referring to neutral creeps, not minions. Obviously just a fix for wraith xp annoyance.

but it gets 30% attack speed now. that would probably make up most of the lost damage, especially with the passive on it ramping up faster.

EDIT: Also, does Caitlyn's voice sound kinda dumb to anyone else?
