Ya I did read that as well. I'm guessing this is the reason why.

Although I dont know if you've jungled ww recently, but the nerfs hit his jungle a little bit- he still doesnt really have to worry, but i lost more health than I used to.

Sunfire nerfed pretty hard... and I haven't even been buying it as it is

also the Malz buffs are pretty sweet. Ez buffs and finally Kat's scaling makes sense... there's so much going on in this patch. Some good and some bad.

They basically went from a kiting/poking metagame which actually took the slightest bit of skill to ezmode/shitfarm duolane chogaths, reworking a character with a now possibly OP earlygame in katarina and bringing ez back to where he was this summer, except that now dorans items are bad and his lv2 combo can easily gib nerfed mordekaisers.

Udyr is now bound to either hugging bluebuff all game long or to taking CDR/lvl blues and quints (are there even CDR quints?) because otherwise his passive won't do shit. And you now need to take ranks in tiger, or possibly just build Q>W>E>R by opening something like WEWQ and being forced to start either at golems or at blue.

Warmogs+new sv is the new regen builds which kicks in even later than it used to, expect to complete those items without boots around lv11. And every other dps will now have bloodrazors since it is alongside bloodthirster one of the 2 only viable carry items. Phantom dancer is a joke since you get no AD from it and the only items benefitting from AS are bloodrazor (try affording that+PD) and wit's end.

Akali and kennen are officially god tier. Not like they were any lower than tier 2 in any possible team comp, but now they even got buffed while the rest of the universe got nerfed. And when others would have started their midgame, buying their first redpot to be able to survive the first combo they now can't do shit.

Oh and BV was a shit item even before, I used to only take it for its passive and as an upgrade to my 2nd negatron but now it's literally a passive with no stats on.

Suppression still isn't affected by diminishing returns, so malz+ww is a must-have combo. Also because ww hardcounters malz in the first place but w/e.

Yeah but since he had no dodge yellows his MS was manageable. The strongest udyr build was 1/15/14 taking both SoS and the dodge masteries, with AS reds, dodge yellows, mr/18 blues and ms quints.

The fact that you now have to either dip into tiger early because you are now going to need the AS buff is pretty fucking gay.

You could bait people with wards into dumb spots and gank them while they were wardsweeping. At least I think that's why they nerfed them, I see no other reason for them to have done so. Especially since if you plant a ward within enemy autoattack range now you've automatically lost its money.

It removes one of the cool skilly things from the game, one which separated good players from bad. It does make ganking more of a threat, though there were some fun mindgames involved. Overall I don't like the change, but maybe some people will take clairvoyance more (esp with the death of flash).
I can honestly see double clair bot (watch lizard and dragon, spy on jungler and count his cs).

Overall I'm for this patch. I like big changes, just to see how they happen to turn out.

Remember, it wasn't just jungling that was nerfed. Solo lane was also nerfed.

Also, I just realized they nerfed Nunu, since every champ can 1 shot wards now.

I like removing the ability to track jungle CS. I think nerfing ward duration is good, nerfing the HP is kinda retarded though. I don't really like removing the disjoint ability of Flash... now the only hero who can reliably disjoint is Vlad.

There's a lot of other stuff I don't quite agree with in this patch...

He had a niche of running around with oracles and killing wards at crazy speed due to consume but now everyone can do that so his role is gone. Also, Bveil nerf.
