Disagree. Most jungle champs synergize with aspeed (ghostblade, wriggles, triforce) and by the time you get past jungle most champs have started to buy armor, making the 25 armor pen fairly useless compared to an extra auto attack.

the last 5 or 6 games Ive played vlad Ive gotten pooped on, whereas I normally q-roll my way to an ez win.
going 9-0-21, mpen reds/quints, cdr yellows and ap/lvl blues. build order is boots + pots, revolver, cdr boots, spirit visage, rabadons, will of the ancients and I guess a void after that if it got to that.
got boxed out by a MF earlier today, seriously wanted to /end life right there.

Runes are part of your early game budget though. By when you have 3-5k gold, their impact will be low, and by lategame, runes will be mostly irrelevant- that's why crit runes are crap for instance, you don't want to spend early game stat budget on a lategame stat.
There's a few exceptions, in the case of stats that are badly itemized. Armor pen is badly itemized, so you may want to get arpen runes as part of your midgame build; mres/level glyphs are significant by level 18; and mana regen/level runes are also significant into lategame (unless you buy a significant amount of max mana) because mana regen itemization is shit.

Try running windowed fullscreen, I do that. Of course it's not related but I can't think of a reason why you'd want to run any game fullscreen. =P

iirc 6/11 is optimal because anything above or below that causes skips.

8/11 isn't that bad, it causes your mouse to skip every other pixel, which isn't as erratic as 7/11 or settings above 8/11. It's useful if you are using a low dpi mouse with a high resolution.
