Speedgaren would be a rollercoaster that way this judgement's proc rate should scale with garen's movement speed. Each 50 movement speed he has gives him one more strike over the duration. So a garen with 500 ms will hit 10 times intead of 6.

Renekton kind of counters xin and that xin was really bad regardless.

Two of the most problematic types of champs to balance for Riot IMO are: 1) purely damage oriented champs with almost no utility skills like yi, malzahar (he actually has suppression so he isn't THAT bad), LB (that's why i think the new champion will give a headache to RIot's balancing team - he is damage oriented, he will either have OP burst or burst comparable to casters with more utility like anivia, annie and kass) 2) champs with non-standard surprisebuttsecks mechanics like invisibility and global teleports. you mean like having an aoe silence that hits twice so that it can break banshees and silence all in one spellcast?

Well yeah, malzahar wasn't that great example. Though his silence isn't that easy to hit in lane

it's like pretty much any other skill shot. if you don't suck with it, you will hit with it.

The thing is, jax has pretty damn good survivability even without items: his ulti, which gives him basically + 40/60/80 Mres (counting the dodge bonus) for a few seconds, his passive gives him some HP (not much but still something) and +10/12/14/16/18 dodge. Not THE best, but definately one of the better ones.

I cannot for the life of me hit malzahar's Q on somebody that's expecting it (i.e. laning phase). I feel it's so slow that you can just dodge on reaction, but maybe I do just suck with it.

they could just port SPIRITBREAKER BECAUSE HE WAS THE 2ND COOLEST AFTER INVOKER.

It's like Blitz' grab, you need to learn how to avoid telegraphing it. Also, try to place it between them and an objective. When they have to choose between dodging and missing a CS/being raped by a voidling etc. it's a far easier ability to land.

So how on earth to build Cass effectively? I feel like nothing she has does any dmg unless you manage to chain Qs and Es. Laning is like playing with Karthus except your opponent can punish you if you miss Q unlike with Karthus. Feels like she needs to be built as a tank but how do you get enough dmg then?

Yes. If you play lux better than bigfatjiji himself, then no.

BTW If anyone didn't see the news yet: Malphite and Morgana will be reduced from 3150IP to 1350IP, and Ryze will be reduced from 1350Ip to 450IP.
