Looks pretty "powerful" to me... pity for Randuin's nerf tho, but it should be still good... if you can land the slow on everyone. Or I don't know... I'm also kinda bummed about the Mundo nerf, don't think he really deserved it

so I tried to try the triforce into tank nid build somebody recommended earlier, didn't even get to finish triforce we rolled them so hard but not building ap felt really weak.

Also, I think we should keep the cost efficiency spreadsheet from a while back updated as much as possible. You just open it up and edit the fields and it has formula already added to calculate the cost efficiency and such.

What I REALLY don't understand is why Riot thinks Xin Zhao is nerf-worthy? Is Xin really overpowered? Better question - who, at any level of this game, thinks that Xin Zhao is better than Irelia or Jarman? How do they go nerf-less while Xin Zhao gets hit?

New HoG is quite bad.

old stats:
Ruby Crystal - 180hp 475g
Cloth Armor - 18armor 300g
+200g
HoG - 200hp 27armor 975g (977g worth of health/armor + 5g per 10s)

new stats:
Ruby Crystal - 180hp 475g
+350g
HoG - 250hp 825g (660g worth of health + 5g per 10s, takes 5m30s just to break even)

Still not as bad as Kage's but HoG is no longer worth building unless you're building it into Randuin's much later, but Randuin's isn't very good even when compared to post-nerf Sunfire.

Sunfire - 45armor 450health 2610g
Randuin's - 55armor 350health 5%cdr 2775g (5% cdr costs 160g based on Kindlegem)

With the recent nerfs to Warden's Mail the components of Randuin's are in a very bad spot.

Randuin's definitely needs a buff from here on out. As it was before, it was pretty much just balanced around the fact that HoG is amazing, so the Warden's Mail-based effects could afford to be shitty. Now that HoG is shit too, I think I'll be skipping Randuin's in favor of other items.

The changes to Xin straight kill him and he wasn't OP in the first place. They first nerfed Q to make it non-viable, well, okay, Xin players started to max E, now they nerf the CD on E (to make it not worth leveling as well) AND reduce the duration on W so that cooldown chaining that made Xin unique doesn't exist anymore. As if it wasn't enough, let's reduce the duration on his ultimate so that he dies even faster, and Xin was never the king of tankiness with his ghostblade first build. Oh and yeah, his cloth armor now upgrades into nothing since neither Wriggles nor HoG work anymore. What skills should I level now? Max W first or what?

It seems that they are hinting at the new Xin Zhao play style: full armor pen page, only build armor pen items, take flash. When a fight starts, flash into the middle of the enemy team, ult and die.

Seriously, this is the most retarded patch in the history of LoL, fuck it.

EDIT: Oh I get it now. Yesterday I raped some Nidalee in lane with Xin. Must have been a Riot employee.
