I have yet to play against or with a successful one. So I am not a fan. Maybe it is jsut too soon to judge? Maybe no one really knows how to play him if he can be played successfuly.

Thanks in advance! magic pen works with ur Q,ur E,ur shroomz,and most importantly bloodrazor as for the other questions, only the new shrooms are level 2 and they use ap at time of planting.
They use your current AP level at the time of detonation. Aka, if plant a shroom, buy an NLR, then plant another shroom and set off both they would have the same effect.

How are people playing Kayle? i've tried a few games and hes pretty fun, but should i be going more Aura-Whore than Hybrid DPS? Aegis Will of Ancients type thing? perhaps just more AP than AD?

Isn't that the point of the champion threads? Do discuss current builds/nerfs/changes? I think too much stuff gets lost in the GD thread that really should be in the champion threads.
For example this whole Teemo discussion is going to be buried in the next couple days unless someone takes the time to pull the posts over to the Teemo thread.

This change will decrease dragon/baron killing speed slightly as well (especially for Olaf) but i don't think it will be gamebreaking

Well apparently the proc will work with spell vamp now.

I don't think spell vamp works with procs like bloodrazor/wit's end or actives like gunblade the same way lifesteal works with sheen/wriggle's.
edit: I'm wrong about item actives like hextech, still investigating on-hits like wit's end.
edit2: secondary magic damage like bloodrazror and wit's end does not work with spell vamp, so new wriggles will not work with spell vamp.
A little disappointing but better for the game if Lee Sin doesn't become OMG IMBA jungler because he's the only one who gets super extra wriggle's benefits. Cleaner, anyways.

Junglers seriously don't even care about the change most of the time. Trundle or Udyr with a cloth armor, long sword, and vamp scepter will never get to low HP in the jungle, and I can't see it being very meaningful to lose the lifesteal on procs for anyone else either.

Well I don't think it SHOULD apply spellvamp because that doesn't make any sense, but spellvamp has always been an iffy stat in a lot of cases.

Looks like good wriggles changes to me. Item was ridiculous in lane after all. Still gonna be a good item after nerf, though not sure how good for laners it will be.

23 AD (~943 gold value) 30 Armor (~500 gold value) 18% Lifesteal (~675 gold value) 1 Ward every 3 minutes (~25 gold/minute value)
Still a very strong item assuming you use all the stats.

You won't necessarily buy wriggles on a jungler in every game now, if you're up against a magic heavy team. Part of what made wriggles work was the fact that you could actually dick around and eat magical burst and just leech it right back, so you don't really mind the fact that the first 1600 gold you spend gives you absolutely no mitigation vs magic (no health or MR).

They probably drew the line at Teemos getting it, it was always worth it for him to auto random creeps for a 20% chance of gaining 72 hp
