Ye, but this vlad was going in with pool while not hitting them with it. -_- He woulda been better off running at them.

I think it's going to be really strong. With this item and merc treads, even squishy DPS champs are going to have a decent level of magic res. Squishies are getting less and less squishy!

LoL's site is stupid don't listen to them. Words can't even begin to describe how bad that item is on Galio. It's designed to be slapped onto a carry to stop them from getting insta-gibbed by AP burst, so yea, the idea is that you could put it on your yi or trynd to not get blown up immediately.
