Also in response to the strongest at certain levels thing, I think Ez might be the best at level 2. If you have his Q and teleport when your lane opponent is still level 1, it's almost a guaranteed kill. | ||

corki level 6 is very strong, you are numbah wan poker with an escape and very hard to stop farming (q + r = dead ranged creeps ezpz). | ||

why is 4 good for urgot? 1 in grenade 2 in missile 1 in shield? yeah that'd be annoying i don't see 6 as making kass terrifying. impossible to kill yes and if you're already low health he can probably dive you but ehhh... i dunno. malphite at 6 on the other hand is my biggest nightmare. you're gonna be low from his level 3 and 5 harass, and if you're below like 700 HP, as soon as he turns 6 it's ult->E->Q (plus ignite if he has it), you die, he runs out of tower range at 500 movespeed mb kennen at 3 and 6? kennen is just a terror through all of laning but i feel like kennen at 3 and 6 is especially scary | ||
