To be more specific they usually can't last hit, don't know how to play their champs correctly, don't play by gaining small advantages (they don't bother hitting a tower unless they know for certain that they can destroy it; they would just blue pill every time after we win a small battle). They pretty much lack both mechanics and strategy. I realized I cannot play a carry with them as we lose a tower within the first 10min of the game, and everything snowballs from there. I explained to them where they should set up wards and other small stuff like that, but nothing really changes their style of play in the lines of playing decently. Would it be better for me to practice champions that are good early to mid game? That seems to be my best option, but I'd also like a few advices from fellow veterans who's dealt with this type of situation. And if so, who are some of the current top tier champs in this field? | ||

If you play like 100 games, even if you lose, you would've at least seen some random champ played 1000 times (10 champs per game). Also Joug on Regi's stream :D | ||

Like I swear she came to lane with 80 damage, I was losing exchanges with my spear for her autoattack or two (with her heal and whatnot) zomg it was so scary.... *cries* I pwned her with 10HP left at level 3 and dominated her for the rest of the game, but those first 3 levels will never leave me </3 | ||

And if so, who are some of the current top tier champs in this field? it sounds like your friends aren't playing to win which is fine i like to play games where i only go for kills or only try to CS as much as possible, it's fun maybe when you play with these friends you should be less worried about winning and more about having fun. seriously, it's not possible to carry 4 people who aren't interested in winning. in dota and hon it is, but in lol there are no champs that can 1v5. if you want to win you should either explain to your friends what the important objectives on the map are and how to WIN the game (dragons, towers, buffs, barons, in that order imo), or separate your SERIOUS play from your FUN play (i.e. play serious games with other people) that being said, assassin/ganking champs can really start your team snowballing in the right direction. kassadin and akali are both relatively strong in lane, have great survivability/escape mechanisms, and are fantastic gankers past level 5. but if you don't have a strong early game you won't do shit late-game with them either. shaco is the number one jungler to play in low-level games, absolutely no one knows how to deal with him AND he can push towers. sona is the best support hero for controlling a low level game imo, she can set up kills really easily with her ult and she's got great laning presence. unfortunately she probably also has the lowest skill cap in the game, meaning even a retarded monkey can play sona perfectly... if you're the best player in your group you def don't want to be on sona. the "top tier" champs right now are probably caster: anivia jungler: rammus physical carry: panth support: janna, shen general laning assholes: malphite, sion, kennen ranged carry: who knowsssss ^these are all champs that people struggle playing against. people can't handle global teleports (panth, shen) at low levels, they don't understand burst power (anivia, kennen), and they really overextend in lane (rammus, eve, shaco), and these champs are the best at taking advantage of that. | ||

Play someone that's a jerk and just have fun. Sion, Singed, Blitz, etc. Keep it light hearted and throw in some light hearted trash talk to the other team. I personally always go to singed and walk it out when I need to relax. I think I'm really going to like tree guy. It will be a throw back to running around on a resto druid yelling "TREE SMASH" while I punch people. | ||
