For mana-using AP casters, how do you determine whether your start should be Catalyst->other stuff (possibly, but not necessarily RoA), or whether your start should be something else (e.g. Heimer's DRing stack->ZRing)? What determines which casters do or don't want Catalyst? | ||

Generally speaking I don't get ROA because you can get MP5 Seals and Glyphs and not need the extra regen from the catalyst. Nobody rushes banshees and locket isnt in the game anymore so you really can't build catalyst further. I'd say the only people that would want a fast catalyst are annie and morgana. I can't see myself needing the HP and Mana from the catalyst and wanting to buy a ROA on almost any other champion. | ||

Her ult hits really hard and her spells ignite the debuff now so that wouldn't suprise me in single target but AOE i think morgana and annie still win the burst competetion. | ||

How many of the abilities do you need to use for triforce to be good? The answer isn't 'all of them', because there are exceptions... for example triforce is good on trundle even though he can't use the ap. What about a manaless hero? How often do you need to be able to proc the sheen ability to consider it worthwhile? etc | ||
