Since all my friends and teammates play on West I'am happy with the current state. But I wouldn't be surpised if the nordic/eastern region develops better in the long run.

A % armor/MR shred that helps out your whole team could actually be really powerful. Maybe, for example, you could play Kayle sort of like Taric - play bottom lane support, build really tanky and use your passive to help your team kill people. More like stack the shit out of AP and burst people down at level 2.

We, firstly, will nerf her passive and nerf her main nuke. We'll make her heal heal even less but it gives more speed boost to make it more "clutch," herpityderpityyyy, while making her e slightly better and keeping her ult the same. Now we can say she's now gotten a buff after we have officially nerfed her earlygame, midgame, and lategame, while I build her like kogmaw with less range and kill stuff while I'm fed in my horribly made spotlights. We here at Riot games believe in making champs unique and different so they will have a nice feel to them. That's why we're changing this champ that had that into something that is more cookie cutter. We hope that this will cause people to not think we are morons. huehuehue *insert troll face gif*" #1 (Sorry, the whole kayle remake is just pissing me off. She was my first ever played champ and my first main, so it's personal seeing them ruining that hybrid part that made her unique very unique and interesting to me >;/) The timing on this is just as terrible as the Pantheon HSS "buff". Kayle's actually showing up again in high-Elo and getting some trickle-down to lower Elo play, without the intervention of a rework, because people are figuring out how to play her again. She's absolutely in a fine place right now IMO, and Riot is just screwing with the balance for no reason.

As stated, % reduction on both magic resist AND armor could be very strong mid-late game depending on the numbers.

Her laning will be a little weaker, but her ganking power should be much stronger because she can just haste her ally from the brush and then run up to Q the other guy while your ally has the speed to catch up and land their own attacks. As stated, % reduction on both magic resist AND armor could be very strong mid-late game depending on the numbers. But she only has 1 support spell... that's the issue. She has a speed up (the heal doesn't count) and her ulti. That's not a support hero.

The bonus damage dealt cannot exceed 75 / 150 / 225 / 300 / 375." The tooltip looks like it's a 100% attack damage, and 0.6 of your ability power is converted to attack damage. Still, Poppy's Q hurts a lot when she has Trinity Force. Ow.
