In this video I'd like to show you some first impressions of the new and upcoming map Infernal Shrines, as well as Kharazim who feels very smooth and fun to play.
More Kharazim to come in the near future!

Does the more support specs allow him to be an effective healer? Or more of a mid range healer such a Tyrande for instance, with a mix of off and support?

I could totally see him and Tyrande (or Tassadar) replace a full support like Malf or Uther tho. Ok, thanks for the info ![]()

The monk gives the extra sustain that tass and Tyrande cannot provide, but his burst heal is still small (and not precise). He is quite unique as an off healer. My guess: Melee assassin meta with monk + Uther or Rhegar will be huge. Uther, Monk and Kerrigan. Thrall is the dream.

Its not just a lack of total numbers, the main problem is that they let the team die from pokes, even if they have a burst heal/shield to save someone. Even Uther can suffer from that. Personally, I see him as kind of Illidan-esque, where his mobility and decent damage/tankiness allow him to fragment fights a bit and divert a lot of attention away from squishier targets. With that in mind, I don't think anyone can really replace Reghar/Uther/Malfurion as full-time healers at the moment, but the Monk can make their job a little easier by breaking the fights up into a lot of small engagements. I see some synergy with a lot of melee assassins like Zeratul, Illidan, The Butcher, and Kerrigan due to the ability to split up fights, and I think Divine Palm on top of something like Ancestral or Divine Shield might end up turning one of those Heroes invincible during fights, which might be really scary. Seven-Sided Strike (SSS or 777) will end up being a great tank breaker for teams that have double or triple warrior, if the meta ends up shifting that way, but it's hard to tell if it will actually end up having more impact than Divine Palm.
