which is handy for when you are surprised by a competent nova who takes a gamble on your ability and orbital strikes right after you VP the entire enemy team.

Void Prison is so good it can lose you games  .
Also I got let down all the time when I threw an AoE on a Void. Until that day the Zera just wrote "do it" and Gazlow and I did and it was glorius.
ETC will be back by the way, Tourbussing into the Voidprison ftw.

Two screenshots, one of the receiving end of awesome blizz match making, and the other side too. The top game really bugged me, as the opponents were somewhat stupid, yet got carried by their tank & healers.
It's so silly, when are blizz going to stop classing tyrande and tassadar as healers? They have this "support" role where the true healers like Reghar, Lili and Malf are bundled in with those which should be support (tass / tyra).
This has to be down to a lack of true healer classes being played in QM. And if that's the case why not incentivise the playing of these heroes? For example if on any given day X class is not being well represented (tanks or healers for example) Then on the hero select screen "Bonus gold for playing this hero!", and a little extra gold could be awarded. You could do the same for random picks..

stupid blizz won't let me see the win rate on my heroes. I should be able to look up the winrate on my heroes! no good reason to not let me.
Or if it's somewhere I haven't seen, after having exhaustively looked through everything I could find, then it needs to be somewhere easier to find.
Either way, idiotic blizz preventing me from checking my winrates.

Not really QQ but without a general thread it is becoming difficult to know where to post random musings.
So lately I've been wondering if certain heroes and compositions are pick banned almost 100% of the time simply because top teams somewhat shy against experimentation. I wonder because everytime they add a new hero it suddenly becomes meta. Possibly it is because the heroes they add are flat out good. Maybe not. Maybe what actually happens is the top teams play around with this hero and discover it is viable. It has happened with KT, Butcher, Leoric, Johanna. Pretty much all of them got bubbled up immediately to being meta heroes. It makes me wish there was more global play going on so the metas could leak into one another since the Korean top picks differ from the EU top picks which differ from the NA top picks.

Played 12 games today, lost 10 of them and fell from rank 13 to 18. QQ kill me now 
It's all because of this shite matchmaking, honestly....
It does suck tho...

Dont think you can, which annoys me aswell.

If you hover over the hero doesn't it say games played along with wins? The only downside is I think wins includes things like games vs AI and things. You can find the win% on your hotslogs page, though.

Another lost game, they have leoric and lili, we get leoric and tryande. 22K vs 88K healing.
When are blizzard going to chage this sytem, it's not fun to feel you only lost due to the match making.

Four quickmatches in a row with no warriors on my team and one to two on enemy team. Sigh...

The general discussion thread is here. We're just remaking it every major patch to keep things organized, and not just have a single 500 page monster of a thread. There will also be PTR threads opened when they come up.

Then im off to work offshore for 6 weeks, the last couple of days of being matched with rank 40-50's has taken most of the joy out of the game for me. Hope something will be done by the time im back, I want to be matched with ppl in my own skill range both on my own team and the opposing one.
Shame such a nice game should be ruined by this.

Johanna was considered crap though at the start and then suddenly she emerged with Azmodan and Jaina well and Kael of course at her side.
Just played her and since I am rather low level on her I was expecting weird games. First game lost because of people doing weird things. Like Uther running into 5 x.x, Nova the only real DD taking the plant and leaving us alone vs 4+ plant and basically trading fort for keep not in our favor. Or I get killed by 5 (no warning ...) ... tell em to do bot plant terror and Uther runs top ?
Second game a Zagara that didn't use creep and seems to have had other issues so we fought many 4v5s vs a good comp with Kael. But we had a good early game got kills when they did their boss and got ours rather easily with the butcher and could split. When we hit our 20 they couldn't kill me anymore and our Zagara was at the fight with luck. Wiped their team out of existent broke through a wall and finished with the boss. As bad as the game looked the ending call was epic.

Got raged at in hero league for picking sylvanas on haunted mines instead of a "carry". Hope my teammates enjoyed the 12-minute victory despite my awful pick.

How can Jaina's damage be lower than Johanna's?
She usually tops the hero damage numbers.

Another game lost due to Tyrande being classed as a healer. They get Malf, we get Tyra, guess what happened?
I got a beta key from TL and since then have played heroes a fair bit (2K games), but this last month or so I feel my desire to continue playing waning, what with this continuing stupid match making, and the map hacker I ran in to the other day, there's just little fun. And fun in the name of the game for me.
