One thing here I'm pretty psyched about is Tomb of the Spider Queen's map mechanics. Something very non-binary and non-overwhelming. Black Arrow - basic attacks stun enemy minions / mercs / aggressive structures for 1 second. Based on the video it looks like it hasn't actually changed. | ||

I.e. It's fine for me that Hero levels 8/9/10 take a long time b/c you actually are getting a cosmetic bonus each level. Would be different if we had "filler levels" that dont do anything (like char levels 31-39 are). -Mute all. Simply sucks, it's a co-oop game. I don't mind stuff to get ppl/casuals hooked or incentives to play more or other "easy modes" to battle ladder angst, but IMHO this crosses a line. The option to mute ppl individially should be enough, a perma-mute-everyone is too much. But perhaps this won't matter much if the Ladder system actually works. Or perhaps Blizz will make Co-op/Vs.AI. more appealing to those players... (?) Also I heard they will give a free stimpack? yeah, they do. We will also get this retroactively. Sound like a nice incentive to hook up newcomers again. WhenI started getting to level 6 for Dailies was the first goal that kept me playing even though I could have done it another day - and then the "get more rotation slots" levels. Rewards for being nice and a teamplayer from your surrounding players is a big incentive and helps much more to the atmosphere (already lonely) of the game. | ||

On the other hand, it's way too late. I've come to realize that I hate every hero beside Illidan, and I will continue to play quick match only with him every game forward too. I said before he was really strong and he still is. Everything else is so boring, with long cooldowns and without the finesse required to stay alive. | ||
