Being there is enough. I don't think there's any last hit based skills?

It just defeats 1 minion though, so for a full Camp of Ogres you'd need 2 charges and 4 for Bruisers.

So what are your favorite champs for each role? I am quite new to this game and some opinions would quite help to decide which champs to buy :D
|
Melee assassin - Illidan Tank - Muradin Support - Uther Specialist - Hammer Ranged Assassin - Valla Caster - Jaina
But i suck at Jaina, so Nony guide is my last and only hope.

Everything depends of your preferences. But I'll try to describe my own.
Keep in mind that that's only my opinion, and playstyles may be different even for the same roles and heros.
Warrior - Tyrael - perfect engagement hero, got escape, slow/buff abilities, personal+ally shield, blood for blood, decent damage dealer, he may become a real pain in your ass, since he can be both for tanking and dealing damage. Got few variations of valid builds.
Specialist - Sgt. Hammer - position depended hero that deals ton of damage, but u have to be very accurate with sieging, pretty hard to ignore it's damage. But let's say, specialist are very flexible, strange class of heros, almost all of them fits pretty well, probably, except Gazlowe, he has a very narrow edge to play with.
Support - Brightwing - probably the hardest support of all in terms of micro, in the end u may have 10 active skills which u have to use properly (taking in mind that rewind also can be learned at lvl 20), but overall her global presence is the most massive thing, even after nerf, u still got control, sustained AOE heal and both heroic skills are valid (situational). It is a pleasent to stay on laning phase with ally Bwing. U may leave her to soak extra exp and go for tribute by yourself for example, and she can arrive at the time u need her. Overall all the supports are good at least, non of them are horrible.
Asassin - Zeratul - the best engaging skill in the game, high mobility and high burst damage. But u have to remember, u can't fight face to face. Having regeneration master + first aid makes u pretty hard person to kill, alongside with cleave+ability power + double bombs + rewind combo gives u massive burst damage. Overall this class if pretty fragile, probably Thrall and Kerrigan as an exceptions, playing Asassin u must remember, that more u stay in action alive, than more damage u will deal. Be careful and focused playing asassins, having blink skill at level 20 for every asassin that has no escape is very important, and even for those who got one (Valla). By the way, Valla (with illidan) seems like one of the most picked heros nowadays, which is not a surprise.
Description of how to skill those heroes may take some time, since there are few ways to do that.

Jaina guide nony plz. As long as you constantly remember to kite and move to safe positions in team battles then you will be fine. But if you really want a good guide, I gained a lot from reading this one.

Assassin - Jaina, Kerrigan, Tychus Warrior - Muradin, Sonya Support - Uther, Tassadar Specialist - Zagara, Nazeebo, Sgt. Hammer
Mostly play Zagara. I just recommend to keep playing the heroes in rotation and find out for yourself, I would never pay for any of the heroes without trying them.

Warriors: Stitches, Anub'Arak, Chen Assassins: Valla, Kerrigan, Jaina Supports: Tyrande, Malfurion Specialists: Nazeebo, Lost Vikings, Zagara, St.Hammer, Azmodan, Murky...
What someone before me said, specialists are really interesting as they have a bunch of different styles and most of them are played differently, which is why I listed a lot of them.
I've bought Lost Vikings few days ago, and damn they are fun to play(and hard if you aren't used to playing with multiple units in mobas).

Warrior: ETC, Stitches Assassin: Valla, Zeratul Support: Malf, Brightwing Spec: Hammer

My favorites:
Warrior/Tank -- Tyrael: I love his mobility and ability to lock down and annihilate critical elements of the enemy team comp. I think he's underrated as a champ in general.
Assassin -- Hammer: Specialist? Haha, bullshit. Her sustained damage is unreal. The only catch is that you need a team that is competent at protecting you. Hammer is particularly good in dual-support comps.
Support -- Uther: With all of his CC, Uther is still the most dangerous support out there. I also value burst healing more than the sustained, un-targeted healing that other heroes crap out (ie Brightwing).
Specialist -- Zeratul: Yep, I think of Zeratul as more of a specialist than an assassin. He doesn't fill any particular role on the team. He's not a tank. He does not provide sustained DPS. He obviously does not heal. In short, you can't rely upon him to provide any core functions to the team. HOWEVER, he has a particular set of skills that happen to very good at ensuring that people get killed (not just killing them -- there's a difference).
