The performance of this game is pretty bad. As in I have a GTX 670 so DOTA/CS/LOL/Smite all run minimum 60fps but HotS dips below all the time. And I'm sitting here like wtf is this because even turning all the setting to low had negligible effect on the framerate and I realize right this is the SC2 engine. Eugh. Add that to the fact that the game doesn't support mouse buttons and it's just a sloppy piece of work I've lost all interest in. Yes I know it's a "beta" but still... | ||

You are doing something wrong. Illidan has is a sustained damage dealer, meaning that he has to be actively fighting at all times to make any meaningful contribution. Also, metamorphosis or the hunt? I thought the hunt was better from comments on reddit, however according to hotslogs talent section, everyone on master picks methamorphosis. | ||

The only exception is if your team wants to go heavy on split pushing and asymmetric strategies. | ||

xDaunt is right. With Illidan's contribution, what you see is what you get. And even in master league, Illidans are worth less to their team than another hero. (sorry xDaunt) Unfortunately, Blizz cant buff Illidan much. At high elos, people just laugh and 1v1 him. At low elos, people run from Illidan. (to be fair to Reddit, hunt is really good at stomping scrubs) Illidan may be fun. However, if you only want to win, your time will be better spent practising other heroes. | ||

He faces the same problems as abathur, he's so hard to play that he often comes off as weak, then when someone with a decent brain and understanding of his kit comes around, he suddenly shines a lot more. But yeah, if you play him for a shitty The Hunt build, he is low tier 3. | ||

But with First Aid, Metamorphosis and Blood for Blood, you should be fine, unless you like to Faker it up :3 | ||

- Playing abathur i felt like he was nerfed hard. Not sure if he is still strong but i doubt he will be a first ban from now on. The monstrosity is just weak. Symbiote is potentially stronger with the new talent tree, but you cannot use it while on the much weaker ultimate evolution. Bad ultimates = bad abathur. - And Lili nerf? I think she is better despite the noticeable and annoying range reduction on healing brew. There is no overlap on healing brew and blinding wind talents. Kung fu hustle is nice too, but not sure if its the way to go. Spamming blinding wind with slow talent and healing brew seens like a viable option over ultimate and im having fun with that. Some Lilis are doing nice damage to compensate for her lack of burst heal. - Finally, Sky Temple is a good looking map. But im not a big fan, its all about teamfights in the shrines and it takes forever to move around. The interesting feature is when two shrines activate at the same time, but when both teams agree to hold different ones... ¬¬ | ||

Why? U.u it looks like i won't ever be able to win with arthas, my main (66% winrate on hotslogs before patch with him), on ranked unless i play with friends. Dam im so mad right now. | ||
