You will normally find a game at 370~ seconds into the que if you don't cancel. At that point in the que you the system says "fuck it" and just throws you in whatever game it can find. Sometimes you get quality games still, sometimes you get what I like to call "bizarro world" games. Where leads are thrown nonstop, and the map objectives don't matter. | ||

I also have very long queue times, this can be avoided by playing with lower ranked friends. The matchmaking is still "alpha" too .... last night I played vs El nexo (full team with lucifron vortix and their 3 mates) while we were a shitty pickup with a shitty team composition (they had Arthas Tychus Tassadar Brightwing and illidan lmao) needless to say the game wasn't very interesting. | ||

I have a random question, am I missing some ways to get some gold income? like quests or something? cause the gold I'm getting compared to the price of the champion is like 2 different magnitudes | ||

You get gold the following ways: By lvling upp your account you get aroun 6k gold, i think to lvl 10. On coperative mode you win 10 gold, however on versus you win 30 gold or if you lose you get 20. At level 6 you unlock daily quest, which upon completion, they give you 200, 300, 600 or 800 gold, depending on the quest you get, if you dont complete them that day, you can complete them later, just like hearthstone. Also, by lvling heroes to lvl 5 you get 500 gold, so you'll want to get the ones on the free rotation to lvl 5. I suggest you play cooperative mode while you are "talent gated" so that when you play versus, you have all your options available. | ||

I don't know how high ranked you are, but for me I suspect people gravitate toward the 'shiny' heroes like how every beginning Orc in WC3 picked Blademaster and died repeatedly. | ||
