Tinkmaster Overspark is a random Transform effect so it selects randomly from the minions currently in play whenever it resolves so it doesn't whiff.

And here we are. with a class specific Yeti that have a very strong and synergistic battlecry. once again good synergy with the hero power making it overall useful. No overload and RNG but a semi controllable one, rewarding good decision and risk reward play. Is this Christmas already???

[EDIT: Added "friendly."] - copy pasta from a reddit user. (in case s1 can't load the pic or sth) Edit: btw this is the type of card priest lacks. It certainly makes playing against Shaman more fun, AND it's fun for the Shaman player too. win-win. edit2: I also wonder if you would trade it out with shredder in wild. On paper it beats Shredder 1 on 1, and has a nice battlecry effect to make up for being less sticky. edit3: it can actually make Mistcaller useful if it survives. Turns him into a 7-drop. edit4: holy shit, it even turns Antique Healbot into a 6 drop. This card is just fucking solid in every possible way. Also, the more cool battlecry effects we get, the less useful that 10/10 God seems to be. Really solid card to play on curve. Let's you get use out of you totems without having Flametongue Totem in your hand. Also allows you to "heal" a minion or upgrade a silenced minion or one that's used up its battlecry. I wish it could have been a common so it could boost Shaman in arena.

If you look only at the original thematic given by basic cards (and later classic ones): What will strike immediately looking at the Shaman cards would be bloodlust and flametongue. That's the card the define the shaman for new players: swarm the board with a lot of minions and profit from the aura attack bonus to transform them in mass damage. While if you do the same with Paladin you will see things like blessing of king and argent protector. that will push you to have a few small and medium size target and buff one of them. So you will aim for big mid-game minion. And now a few extension later, Paladin has evolved fully towards the swarm the board strategy look at the current secret paladin deck (and we are still seeing that thematic fully in the new paladin cards: the new murloc, SaD, the 3/3 that give divine shield, etc...) While Shaman is finishing the exact opposite transformation. It will soon be the class that continuously play mid size threat one turn after another. What that tell me is that Bloodlust is probably the card that was responsible for 2 years of Shaman awfulness. They probably never managed to give the class a decent swarming deck that would not immediately degenerate into completely OP/unfun because of it. So instead they have finally decided to go into another direction. And I think this direction is actually good. This new shaman will probably look a lot more like Druid that paladin now: one or two minion by turn but oversized for their price mid-range minion that are annoying to removed (too big to ignore, not costly enough that you are happy to use a removal on it). and finishing the game with a decent reach (Al'akir + rockbitter is not quite the druid combo but it is still a very decent finisher).

Me thinks Brann effects comes into play AFTER the first battlecry effect of a minion, but since Brann is no longer on the board, it can't trigger. At least that's how it should logically be.
