April fools in Europe/Asia right now. That's probably why its all weird.

Shaarj seems underwhelming, effect is highly rng based in the sense of you might waste all your battlecries and synergy + you depend on drawing him on turn 10-15 before hea dead weight after it will either be too late or pushes you into fatigue. Also is end of turn so you miss out on things like charge. Still great for palatress though and if rng is on your side this card is huge. Harbringer another of those cards with IF it survives. Effect isnt thaf great either Seems to be made voor de new 10 cost legendaries like c'thun. For people who fear he might be on the bottom of the deck you can now get him a bit earlier. However same as above only will be good for turn 10-15. Before you cant play 10 cost yet after chances are big you already drew it. Might have some interaction with yogg though. How about when you draw yogg insta win :p just kidding but there could be some nice mechanic. Mage spell 5 costs seems to be made for casinoish mage to play right before antonidas with flamewakers on board and after all your cheap spells are out. Give you spell effect on t 5 and some cards to play on t6 en t7

I hope it spawns Baby Murlocs.

Might work in a Murloc deck, but you do lose some synergy with the cards that interacts with recruits

I mean this still gets divine shield from Steward and everything

Thats a neat card. I wonder what synergy paladin has with 1/1 murlocs. It surely isnt anyfin or aggro so im stumped. Maybe a card like anyfin is awesome will be neutral?
Edit. Maybe the synergy really is aggro murlocs lol

How does this interact with Justicar, played before or after this ? Played after, do you get 2 murlocs 1/1 or does it have no effect as for other power change (like for Chaman)? and played before would you only get 1 ? It would be really good it you get double murlocs in any cases
|
Justicar only improves your starting hero power.
|
What would happen if you had Steward and Murloc Warleader?

Yeah, and that sucks. So I guess according to the text, playing Justicar and then the murloc would also change your hero power to summon only one 1/1 murloc. That sucks too.

If I understood it correctly, you summon a minion with a base life stat of 1, so it gets the divine shield.

Its also worth mentioning the second card resets your hero power so you can summon 2 murlocs that turn

Hmmm, that is true, but it will cost a lot of mana for some very small minions.
A weird thing is that a new heropower from Sir Finley actually gets improved by Justicar, another example of bad wording or even a bug?

Justicar replaces a basic heropower with a better version of it. Finley discovers a basic heropower. i see no inconsistency here.

Justicar says it replaces your starting hero power.

Justicar states "your starting", not "basic". If you got it from finley, it was not your starting one... Works opposite of what would be the most logical. One of these things you just need to find out, like deathrattle trigger orders, AoW vs DotC etc...

Cards that currently get pulled out by Harbinger:
Varian, Deathwing, Frost Giant, Sea Giant, Y'Shaarj, C'Thun, N'zoth. The last old god is probably going to be 10 mana and I reckon there could be a few more 10 mana cards, still not a great card though. On the face of it Y'Shaarj does look like a worst Varian but it is a neutral (that's a big deal) and since it's an old god there may be other cards that specifically synergise with it.
