I just updated the wiki for the 4944 patch notes (link), so you can see everything there. But to answer your question right here, Water Elemental now freezes armored heroes. As far as secrets go, they made them so that they can only be activated on your opponents turn (aka you can't activate your own secret).

Looks like it. This is exclusively a Paladin nerf since the other classes don't have secrets that you can proc on your own turn.

Couldn't you Vaporize/Ice Wall/Ice Block if your minion attacks and gets Misdirected back to you?
I've never seen it, but I assumed you could.
edit: If you have Ice Block and 1 or 2 life and attack into an Explosive Trap, you will now die.

Actually, you can activate pretty much all secrets on your own turn due to Misdirection or other ways. But Paladin's appear to be the most relevant of these.

Has arena gotten harder lately, or have I just gotten significantly worse for some reason? I got 7-3 a few times when I started playing the game, now I barely get 4-3. I don't get it.

Yeah, and EVERYONE is either Mage or Paladin. It's not as fun anymore, to be honest. Everything is just flamestrikes/polymorph/fireball/pyroblast or consecration/truesilver champion/Aldor peacekeeper/argent protector every fucking game. I fucking refuse to play those classes more.

Is Handlock with just Alex viable? I can spend my tink and nat dust on 4 giants and 1 legendary. I can get Jaraxxus instead but I can use Alex together with the giants on my mage and pally if handlock falls off the meta or gets nerfed or something. Just wanna know if people think one is better than the other. All I know is that having both is obviously better.

All I know is that having both is obviously better. you don't need any legendaries in handlock, the giants are generally going to win you the games. Alex is just a heal really, it doesn't matter that much. Jaraxus is nice but not needed.
