It's definitely been getting easier for me since launch. There's a lot of obviously new players who make a lot of stupid plays and play really bad cards.
Why does Blizzard think that someone who can get 10 wins in arena would ever want a common, not golden card (aka 5 dust)?

Does anybody else feel, that the hearthstone music (while awesome) is not very suited to be played during HS tourneys? It just doesn't create the right atmosphere. Thinking this while watching IEM right now.

Which Legendary should I craft next? I play mostly Paladin, Druid and Shaman. I already have the following legendaries: Cenarius King Krush Tirion Fordring Al'Akir the Windlord Lord Jaraxxus Bloodmage Thalnos Nat Pagle King Mukla Leeroy Jenkins Cairne Bloodhoof Sylvanas Windrunner The Black Knight Ragnaros the Firelord Onyxia Deathwing

You pretty much have all the other universally good legendaries.

Anyone notice an increase of legendary in packs after the game release? I got like 3 legendary in my last 20 packs or so.

You're just lucky, and we all hate you now.

You're just showing off.

I dunno if this is the place to ask. Sorry if it isn't.
I want to start producing a Hearthstone series featuring a combination of video and written content highlighting issues with the game, the current meta, decklists recommended by various professional gamers and why they simply do not work and balance concerns.
Considering the fact that this game seriously lacks any sort of replay or spectator support, what is a better idea?
A) Livestreaming on Twitch in the likelihood that I will get 0 viewers whatsoever and then putting highlights on YouTube B) Recording my gameplay using Bandicam and uploading on YouTube.

Is EU down for anybody else as well? I'm getting playful sprites here, and have been for the last hour or so.
EDIT: And just as I post that it connects again. Of course. :p

so you all are probably familiar with Trumps free mage deck. links for reference: + Show Spoiler +
would Harrison Jones be a good substitute for the Acidic Swamp Ooze? or should I exchange it for another card (or not at all?) I'd love to get Harrison in there, it's my favorite card

I'd love to get Harrison in there, it's my favorite card In my opinion, that would be a reasonable substitution if you continue to face a lot of decks with weapons in them. Perhaps something like Cairne Bloodhoof would be better suited for the overall philosophy of the deck, but if you enjoy Harrison Jones then you can certainly make it work!

I am stuck in this loop against "UNKNOWN". I've logged out of Hearthstone / Battlenet and whenever I re-launch it just brings me back. It's been well over 60 seconds. Can't concede, can't do anything.

tempted to start playing mage, who I've basically ignored.
+ Show Spoiler +
Is Gnimsh IEM mage deck (sans ETC for me) worth playing, or should I be looking at a different style? It appeals to mea because I have most of the cards needed for it, including both legendaries, and it looks like a relatively simple way of playing.

If you're ditching the Elite Tauren Chieftain (which is a double-edged sword anyway because it gives both players chord cards,) perhaps replace it with another Blizzard or Flamestrike to be a bit safer on board control. Or you could go Gnomish Inventor, Loot Hoarder or Novice Engineer for extra card draw.

How does Nat Pagle play after the nerf? I tried him but it seemed like the opponent always had an answer before my turn started. Is it just my feeling or is he really that much weaker? The reason I'm asking is that I'm building a slower Rogue deck and wonder what kind of card draw I should be going for. Azure Drakes and Thalnos don't exactly cut it because of the cheap/combo cards.

So I was just playing a game of hunter vs hunter, we were both at 1 health on his turn after he steady shots and I have an explosive trap armed. He plays a leper gnome and attacks into me, which triggers the trap bringing him to -1 health. Then leper gnome's deathrattle triggers bringing me to -1 health as well. Afterwards I get the defeat screen... wtf? Is this a bug or is there some kind of priority rule regarding traps that I'm unaware of?
Edit--
Weirdly enough I think I actually was awarded the win because I got a win streak the next game. No clue why the defeat animation came up then.

I think that a draw results in both players losing and you both had the defeat screen
edit: ok the fact you got a win streak afterward makes me wonder, lol

That's a pretty big claim. Novice Engineer dies to hero powers. What kills Pagle on turn 2? He's only different from before if he dies before he fishes, which doesn't often happen (and if it does, it's at a big investment from your opponent).
