Yeah I thought AvP was a piece of shit myself. The idea was good, but yeah it failed. Heres the move in a quick summary... - 15 Minute boring intro introducing all the boring cliche characters. - 5 minutes exploring a temple - 1 hour of people dying. - The End I hated how 2 Predators get owned in the first battle scene. I hated how every person dies except for that black chick. It was just a bad movie. I prefer my movies to have a story and good characters. This movie just felt like the director thought he could overcome a shitty plot with very good CGI. Anyways, we all know Aliens 2 (Aliens) was the best movie that ever featured Aliens. | ||

a) Not many fights between aliens and predators. Some were cool but short, others were just not cool. I was expecting to see predators just hunt aliens down not be freaking pray. This one however looks way more badass. Predator holding 2 aliens at once and so on. b) People mattered. Why? It's alien vs predator. Fuck people! This one however shows a lot of ppl being slaughtered. How cool is that? c) Everything happened in a temple at the freaking pole, a place that nobody cares about, and there's 0 probability for collateral damage... but this... a city? Aliens? Predators? Cops?! I'm not saying it will be a great movie, but judging from the trailer it's gonna be a LOT more interesting than the first part. | ||

I mean, you watch a movie called Aliens vs Predator, you expect to see predators and aliens fight it out, with whatever they got. Like the predators can cloak (who knows if it works vs aliens? Would be cool to know, right?), they can see everything with all there special visions and lock on, they can record sounds (that can probably also trick aliens in some way with it), they work from a distance (hence the name predator). The aliens on the other hand has the advantage, that they can come on huge in numbers and probably hide (but the predators can probably always see them with there vision), they can ensnare (or wtf you call it, english is not my native language) the humans and probably also predators. This could probably be used like i en alien movies with an alien thingy being inside of a predator, without any of them knowing. The aliens also have the advantage of there acid blood which can be used to melt through things like, and that could probably be corporated in another awesome way like in the last alien movie, where they've kept two aliens and held them imprisoned together. But since they aren't just animals, but actually got some brains, they hit eachother so that there acid blood helped them get out of there. My point is, that the movie avp has so much damn potential and could turn out to be a FUCKING AWESOME MOVIE, but instead they just made some halfassed movie, with a few aliens a predators (who just fucking dies in 5min wtf?!!!!), and the hero predator and some chick fighting the evil queen alien in the end. | ||
