That would seem outright bizarre to me, given Silicon Valley tends to lean blue and I’m pretty sure there’s data analysts begging on the street out there. Plus the 2016 fiasco should have been a wake up call. Not saying you’re actually wrong but with those factors, if the Dems are lagging in these areas it’s a borderline unfathomable oversight. | ||

With the early vote in, Biden has a lead over Trump in Ohio’s Delaware County, a G.O.P. stronghold. Delaware County is heavily suburban, and no Democrat has won it since 1916. EDIT: I think people are taking FL as too much of an indicator of the entire nation. I think we need to see how Ohio, Georgia, and NC go before making real predictions (i.e. close race vs. comfortable). | ||
