I asked him if his ever done that before, because he looked nostalgic to him. We then stepped into an awkward moment and I then went back up stairs and came back in 5 minutes or so. I asked him how the drugs were treating him, but he didn't reply. The entire day we didn't really talk, but things went back to normal the following day. Sounds like drugs aren't the real issue, especially if they are avoiding tests that would ease their minds, as you've been stating.
Come now, what's really going on? And, if they are both acting this way for absolutely no reason (Which I find unlikely) then time to move out.

I'm not going to completely deny the possibility that they are like that, simply because they are like that and have become that way for almost no reason at all. But, that's not the most likely scenario for the reason that he's offered to ease their minds, and they are refusing. If they are that way for nothing he's done, then there might be some sort of problem in either one of their pasts, or in another family members life and they don't want their kid experiencing that and are over compensating. If that's the case then they really have to talk about it, probably with professional help.
If they really are just paranoid, and he's done everything to convince them otherwise and they aren't listening (including every scenario presented in this thread), then he has to move outttt

Going by what he's said, it's pretty accurate. He said they're real religious and if you're going to give weekly drug tests and bug out every time your kid goes out AND ask him to drive home when you believe hes been drinking, then yes, that statement does fit. And looking back, I should add in that they are fucking morons for asking their kids to drive home when they think he's drinking
