Generally I just pound the package a little to break up the noodles and then I pour the hot water right into the ramen. The plastic package is tough enough to hold it and then you can just eat it out of the plastic package. Someone else must have already said this, but I didn't bother to read 24 pages to check. (Crisping up shallots, more time and effort than instant Ramen will ever require).

I usually just put an egg or 2 combined with the ramen and that's it. But when my mom makes it... Oh boy lolol. Her traditional ramen is: - Ramen (she likes to use different kinds so no specific ramen here) - 2 eggs - Kangkong - Green Onions - Pepper red bird chili - Some vietnamese meat name I can't think of in english or dutch First she boils the ramen then removes the water and puts up a new pan and boils water with the hot ramen inside again then adds the rest of the ingredients that she has prepared at same time. Usually it takes her about 25-30 minutes to finish them all. The above are just the ingredients I know she uses normally but sometimes she adds more which I don't know the name off. It looks a lot like Naruto's ramen in the anime and I mean ALOT with few more ingredients.

-Ramen -2 eggs boiled with the ramen -Pieces of Chicken -Nori -Blocks of beef -Corn -Broccoli -Several peppers. I prefer jalapeno. -Mushrooms -Garlic Sausages Now, the best part are the spices -Nanami Togarashi -White wine -Black Pepper -Sapphiron -Garlic Powder -Chili Powder -Grilled Chicken Seasoning -Spicy Pepper Seasoning -Vegetable seasoning -Parmesan Cheese I even made money selling this stuff. Even my family paid me on a few occasions to use all those ingredients. I rarely use every single ingreident listed above but when I do, it is usually for a special occasion like New Years or watching a finals I am hyped about. I will make this for the next Flash vs Jaedong Finals.

I don't like japanese instant ramen. I only eat it cause its super cheap and still noodles. Real ramen is pretty good though. Pork ones are super greasy and needs pickles imo.

However, real proper japanese ramen is seriously mind-blowingly good. Seriously. If your mind has not literally exploded from eating japanese ramen, you haven't had good japanese ramen yet. My mind literally exploded a few times. Painful but lovely feeling.

1) dissolve powder first. (there is msg in it and I've been told soup gets better as it is boiled) 2) when you break the noodle piece to fit in a bowl, you break it with directions that noodles are aligned (or they will break off into millions of smallest pieces) 3) my magic ingredient is siracha sauce. beats any other spice. 4) 2 ways of cooking egg, you can dissolve it changing the soup base. or don't break it, does not effect soup. my fav method of using egg is dump whites in ramen and put yolk on another bowl, then just dump some noodles on it (without soup) and it tastes delicious ![]() 5) most important thing about cooking ramen is amount of water you put in imo. the worst is when you have too much. you just gotta figure out what volume makes the soup you like. if you dunno which ramen to pick, Shin ramen or Nuguri are the shiznits.
