We are extremely close to shutting down this thread for the same reasons the PUA thread was shut down. While some of the time this thread contains actual discussion with people asking help and people giving nice advice, it often gets derailed by rubbish that should not be here. The moderation team will be trying to steer this thread in a different direction from now on. Posts of the following nature are banned: 1) ANYTHING regarding PUA. If your post contains the words 'alpha' or 'beta' or anything of that sort please don't hit post. 2) Stupid brags. You can tell us about your nice success stories with someone, but posts such as 'lol 50 Tinder matches' are a no-no. 3) Any misogynistic bullshit, including discussion about rape culture. 4) One night stands and random sex. These are basically brags that invariably devolve into gender role discussions and misogynistic comments. Last chance, guys. This thread is for dating advice and sharing dating stories. While gender roles, sociocultural norms, and our biological imperative to reproduce are all tangentially related, these subjects are not the main purpose of the thread. Please AVOID these discussions. If you want to discuss them at length, go to PMs or start a blog. If you disagree with someone's ideologies, state that you disagree with them and why they won't work from a dating standpoint and move on. We will not tolerate any lengthy derailments that aren't directly about dating. | ||

Normally I'd say fuck this, but I'm actually going on holidays with girl2 in the summer and we see eachother alot at party's, so I have to choose my moves wisely. | ||

do u guys think it is smart to only go after girl who is into gaming and actually good (like plat league+ for instance)? all the time i have nothing 2 talk about outside of school(and not gonna talk about school work LOL) and random games i am playing that is why most girls who r not top gamers do not like me it seems my dream girl would be some1 in masters league but that is very hard 2 get / find and they usually go for the pro-gamers (thorzain) thx. | ||

This may seem a little counter-intuitive right now, but I'm of the strong opinion that the last kind of girl that you want to date (at least in terms of looking for a serious relationship) is a hardcore gamer. In fact, it's better to keep your girlfriends/spouses out of gaming altogether for the most part. | ||

I only go for girls who are really good at horseback riding. If she hasn't won at least a yellow ribbon I won't even take her out once. | ||

I think it's stupid. Especially the "need to be good" part, if good for you means platinum league... That's some very good level for an average person.
