Note: a number of sources are saying that Beast Master Casey has been suspended for 4 days and that the rat boy was suspended for 21. Look around for more sources please.

If they retaliate, they have to do so in a way that is not seen too excessive because they could face penalties. My opinion is if you do harm to someone, verbally or physically, you get everything you deserve in return. It doesn't matter if you're a kid or a girl, if you show disrespect to someone and they retaliate-even if they kill you-you deserve it. Good for that kid for not taking that crap. Prime examples of how lowly-developed minds rationalize violence - I pity you far more than I pity that bully because he has the excuse of being a child.

As someone who was also bullied I say go Casey. It is quite difficult to will yourself to walk away after someone just punched you in the face.

But now that he's been humbled maybe he'll think twice about his actions.

There are plenty of stories out there, one in particular a few months ago, this bride-to-be was having a pool party, for fun her friends push her in the pool without her knowledge. Bam she breaks her neck, in a wheelchair afterwards. Those kinds of moves are dangerous, especially for kids. your argument is a bunch of maybes, what ifs, and could've beens dude. its time to hang up the hat.

I don't think he thought at all, he just acted. You know, his vision was red. It has happened to me once aswell when I got so mad i completely lost control and didn't think about anything but punching the bastard in front of me. Unlucky for me though, I got my ass kicked by him. Another thing: I read somewhere that Casey might get criminally charged for what he did aswell. I didn't put this up in OP because i didn't find the link and it wasn't a reliable source either. The guy who put this video up on facebook, the father of Casey's friend, says that nobody else except Casey got suspended. Truth or not, I don't know.

He may not be trash in the future, but he gotta accept any consequences. While i agree with self defense, i dont think death over a elementary school squabble is by any means acceptable.

Everyone knows how it ends when people just keeps bullying the one and someday, he'll just kill himself or go to school with a gun and you know the rest. Seriously, schools doesn't give a shit about these situations, until its too late. Everyone knows that. Anyone that has been to public school in the past 10 years knows that teachers and administrators are extremely non-lenient over bullying. Consequences are no longer "calling home" but ranges from suspension to actually being placed out of the school to an alternative learning center. The people that get bullied these days silently take it for years and don't say anything to anyone. After taking that first punch all that Casey had to do was walk away and tell a teacher and the other kid would be serving the suspension instead of him. It's as easy as that.

I am sorry but bullying utterly disgusts me and i can easily understand where this Casey kid is coming from. They aren't pokes, they aren't small things, stuff like that literally shatters your self worth as someone continually invades your personal space and if you do shit back people will blame you. You don't just lose self worth, people will look down on you aswell for letting it happen. Bullying isn't beating someone up, it's not calling someone names, it can be as small as poking someone all the time or as harmless as constantly shouting a persons name in an annoying voice as he walks by. If you ask "what did they do?" what can you tell people? They said my name in an annoying voice? Even though you yourself know that every time they do that you hate yourself more and more, to others it seems small and insignificant. I couldn't walk down the street without some group of annoying kids yelling my name, every day, all the time. I didn't even fucking know them and all i wanted was to walk down the fucking streets and be left alone, but i had to be humiliated infront of my friends every day so those kids could have a laugh. One day i broke one of the kid's nose and after that it was all over. The truth is that if someone tries to bully you, it's not going to stop until you beat them and you beat them up good. What this kid did was nothing compared to what they must have done to him. That kid is going to feel pain for a day or two big fucking deal. The other kid is going to still feel like shit and he probably will for a long time after that bully has long forgotten his name. Physical pain is a joke compared to having no feeling of self-worth left. You know a broken leg is going to heal but you don't know if you are ever going to consider yourself worth something. Hope that kid is left with a permanent scar or something, altough then he would still be getting off better.

They should play that tape at the little kids graduation to remind him of how big of a douche bag he is, and give Casey a Bronze Star.

Is that bullies #1 fear? BTW, the kid would not have gone to jail if he had killed the guy who was bulling him. He did it in self defense and that gets him out of trouble with the law. ![]() Tell me, a guy with a revolver shoots in the arm another guy for no reason. The wounded guy sees a shotgun, takes it and fires back, killing the guy who first shot him. Would you feel sorry for the guy who died instead of being wounded like he wounded the other guy or would you prise the actions of the guy who killed as an act of self defense? No, I never was a bully, but when i was bullied, I beat the shit out of the guy so he never messed with me again. I didn't almost kill him but I made sure he didn't mess with me again. The kid would've gone to court and would've probably been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter or some other charge. Your example is terrible, guns are designed to kill. Punches are to hurt people, body slams have a chance of killing people/hurting them severely. Both the kids were wrong, I would be defending Casey too, if he chose to beat the crap out of him with HIS FISTS/legs, but to throw the kid nearly head first on the pavement? You guys are taking it way too far.

I was bullied for a little while as a fat kid by some older dudes. Their mistake, I was fucking crazy back then. One of them had to go to the hospital, he had an internal bruise in his abdomen or w/e.
