Often times I'd suggest that it was intended as humor, but the specific word choices lead me in the other direction that it was merely an attempt at an assertion of facts. I can't make a real claim one way or the other since I don't think anybody would be like, "hai guyz i likez da child pr0nz." So instead, I merely injected humor into the situation through the observation that it was closer to a Freudian slip. | ||

The prosecution refused to subpoena the records from Fuentes' studio or even allow a copy of Fuentes' ID into evidence. I wonder if the guy can bring that up in some kind of civil or ethics suit, e.g. w/ the BAR association. Seems like a breach of ethics. | ||

Having watched one, I can safely say I'd never confuse her with someone <16. I could maybe see someone thinking she was 17, but only because of how much looks vary in the 16-22ish age range. 13? Hell no. And the fact that proof existed that the prosecutor tried to ignore/cover up is bullshit and should cost them their license. | ||
