He's lucky he wasn't caught in Australia however, because even with the pornstar flying over to testify, his charges wouldnt be overthrown. Our law states that if any porn has a character that looks too young (basically up to the discretion of the judge) it is considered child pornography. This law even includes anime porn (was a case a little while back of a guy being busted for child pornography because he had pictures of bart and lisa from the simpsons having sex). Its basically the same argument as the whole, violent games will make you a serial killer, but applied to porn. | ||
