Defacer is just an old nick I came up with because I'm a design nerd. I was fascinated with graffiti culture at the time, and felt that a majority of post-modern graphic design is decoration or addenda to old solutions, i.e. most design is hardly inventive at all, just fluff.

My name on the ladder is MADart, because I'm a fan of MAD magazine illustration, and have a book literally titled MAD Art on my bookshelf.

When i made xanga like 8~9years and needed an id, i thought it was clever to put "hi paul" together as one word (my name is paul obviously).

For sc, I use tensai[ra]/xeris_ten (tensai shortened and xeris_ is UCSD tag) as a reference to Sakuragi Hanamichi from Slam Dunk. In the manga/anime, he would always refer to himself as a "tensai" which means genius. I decided to use tensai not to call myself as a genius or anything, but as a tribute/reminder to Sakuragi Hanamichi's way of believing himself and staying optimistic.

Album titles and one liners are cool, and I love Daft Punk, and their first album is hugely influential.

"Cur tu me vexas?"

This roughly translates

"Why do you annoy me?" Vexas being the second person singular of the word "to annoy".

Just got a new ID.

The TL ID is made from a mix of my 1st, 2nd and last name but I never liked it much. So the other I saw 'The Social Network' movie and one of the characters name is 'Eduardo' (just like me) and they call him 'Wardo'.
The next logic step was to log to Bnet and use my free name change. :D

My ID originated from hearing so many people call each other "noobs" back in the day when Counter-Strike 1.6 was "huge" (so to speak) and Day of Defeat was fun to play.

I decided to attempt to make a funny name that so when somebody called you something like "You dumb noob! You got no skill! Blah blah blah", I could be like "Why are you stating my name?"

I created Noobert the following day, and a bunch of my friends from Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat laughed about it and told me to keep it. Thus, Noobert was born.

I was at work and some of the people I work with were making jokes about me being a girl. So I said, "I'm not a girl I will show you my boyparts". Hilarity and more jokes ensued. I used it as my warrior's name on Onyxia. Someone reported my named and I had to change the s into a z.

My names actually Alexander, but I always liked the Russian spelling of Aleksandr better (correct me if I'm wrong here guys) And I really couldn't go with the full thing so i have shortened it to Alek

My name is from the Word Endorphin but it seems to be taken a lot so I throw an E on the end of it, its basically a chemical inside you that makes you feel Excitement/Pain/Love and strangely enough the hot feeling you get when you eat spicy food lol, the reason I picked it is because I like the random remarks I get when they see "Endorphine" and just start yelling out random drugs so it keeps me amused also just remember I am inside you all.... at the same time :D.

I honestly don't even like Pantera much anymore, but I made this ID years ago when my musical knowledge was much, much smaller, and I've just gotten so used to it that I use it as my ID everywhere.

I chose this name way back in the early War3 days because I was hugely into anime at the time, and Trigun was the one of the first two series that I ever watched (the other being Cowboy Bebop). That and I share the same first name as Wolfwood. It just kind of stuck after that.

Well, if you don't see what my name is then you probably are not a car person. The 1957 corvette was the last year of the T-bird before the Corvette took over the sports car world (from 53-57 it wasn't THAT popular). 57 just happened to be my favourite model year. The 58 was more known for a hardtop version, and the 56 just didn't look right to me, but the 57 was just perfect.

BTW, my name on the account i used to have (banned :S) "Hiicantpk" was basically 4 words together. Hi I Cant PK (at the time when I played Runescape, i wanted to participate in PVP combat aka player killing. However, i failed at it. Hence, Hi I Cant PK.)
