Funny how that cafe is absolutely empty except for the butlers ;P
I think that cafe is only used by the children of the Chinese elites T.T, in New York City there are some nice cafes but they overcharge because it's NYC... T.T

Perhaps its because they are taking the photos to see the cafe in its prestine state?

The ones in the city (Manhattan) run from at least $8-$10 an hour, unless you can get some special discounts. That's pretty expensive compared to other places. The one i used to go was only $5/hour

umm. $8-10 is just for those PC "CAFE" where they actually sell coffee and drinks while the PC is just a side business which you can rarely see and you can only find in the city. In other boroughs the pc bang price range is about 1 dollar to 3 dollars where most are about 2 dollars because of competition.

I used to live in downtown Philly, there was one computer caffee where demand was mostly for cs + few other games, owner said there was some starcraft tourny long long time ago but no one plays it. 5 bucks per hour. Didn't see any in city, tried to find any thru internet, also failed. Only thing I could find were groups of people organizing LAN events for FPS games, thats it. In other countries I visited it was much easier to find a PC caffe (gaming one and overall) than in USA somehow, maybe because computers are easier to get (income/cost ratio) or you can use internet in libraries... or there is less ppl per mile.

ICE (Internet Cafe Entertainment) in Garden Grove, CA is really good. VERY clean, they have their own actual cafe with coffee, drinks, boba, etc. and all the staff there are friendly. Best cafe I've ever been to (I live in Southern California).

edit: 2 dollars an hour.

GameWyze has a great cafe, 2 in the DFW area. thegamingcenter is descent as well, also in the dfw area. The links you posted, is more like a country club, that 'cafe' is designed for the upper class/businessmen and their wives Its not a gaming cafe, MegaWeb Station is however . Their chairs are nice, but the setup is ghetto for the comps, not to mention some of them even had ball mice. The system configs prolly blew, too

Pc Cafes here on avg = 2 bucks. (relatively cheap.)
There are some that allow smoking, smoking weed, and drinking alcoholic beverages, that are 3 bucks an hour. (plus pay for your own alcohol)
And there are some cheap ass nasty ones that are 1 buck an hour, but smell like shit.
