I think that cafe is only used by the children of the Chinese elites T.T, in New York City there are some nice cafes but they overcharge because it's NYC... T.T | ||

The ones in the city (Manhattan) run from at least $8-$10 an hour, unless you can get some special discounts. That's pretty expensive compared to other places. The one i used to go was only $5/hour | ||

 Its not a gaming cafe, MegaWeb Station is however . Their chairs are nice, but the setup is ghetto for the comps, not to mention some of them even had ball mice. The system configs prolly blew, too | ||

There are some that allow smoking, smoking weed, and drinking alcoholic beverages, that are 3 bucks an hour. (plus pay for your own alcohol) And there are some cheap ass nasty ones that are 1 buck an hour, but smell like shit. | ||
