Settlers of Catan! A board game, online via a game called Pioneers of Peru and ASOBrain. The game can be played with 2-8 players although only some mods can use 8 players.

That website offers quite a few games; however, Xplorers is Settlers of Catan. They have both the original and the Cities + Knights versions.

This game is so much fun. I don't think i want to play online though, it's way to addicting.

Haha, when we stayed in Germany we bought this game and the seefahrer expansion pack for it. Such a fun game. It's probably one of my all time favourite board games for vacations, along with Sechs Nimmt. So much fun!

I should mention that I'm the undisputed champion within my town limits. We held a tournament. I won.
