After watching the video that Kwark posted earlier, the majority of eve is even more terrible than I previously thought, so your comment means very little.

As, Kwark's video shows that people are retarded and their pvp is retarded, thus, sitting on a gate and smartbombing pods is harder and more engaging than retard pvp.

It is also important to note that the Machariel will have the warp speed of a t1 cruiser. This actually makes it viable for every day use again.

So Nulli is using Marauders in against hero. Do they think they have something meta breaking or are they just screwing around because its hero?

"we drop two triage carriers and NCDot drops several dreads, therefore small gang pvp is dead"
"we run because we're outnumbered 2 to 1 with hyena / heretic vs kitchen sink, therefore small gang pvp is dead"
And yeah, small gang includes triage carriers now. Literally everyone uses them for all the things.

the tacklers would have caught three or four of our fleet including my Hyena, the Sabre, and a Heretic or two, then they could have called in their DPS One does not simply tackle heretic

Removing station traffic jams, one slot at a time
Alright, what we listed so far was sweet, but a bit short on meat, like those little chicken wings you get as appetizers in fancy restaurants. Stop beating around the bush and give me the 500gr triple-layered-mutant-hamburger with so much fat its going to reduce my life expectancy by 25%!
Alright, here it is; for summer we are removing all industry slots. We can hear you from here: 'Wait wait, you silly Frenchman, what do you mean removing all industry slots?'
Well its simple, at the moment, to use a blueprint at a station or starbase, you need to install it into a particular slot type. Usually, stations come with a limited amount of those, so once they are all filled up you have to wait quite a bit.
This creates some bottleneck gameplay, encouraging players to move around, use Starbases or just wait. We arent very satisfied with that, especially when we couple it with the ridiculously low NPC prices for installing jobs (that havent been changed since 2003).
So, what we are doing is removing slots altogether and replacing them with a cost scaling system. So now, if you all want to congregate in the same solar system to build things, you can, but the ISK cost required to install the jobs will increase dramatically, removing any hope of profit margin in the first place.
Please note we are not removing installation types however a station that could not handle manufacturing or research will not suddenly be capable of doing so.
As mentioned above however, exact details on job cost scaling will be announced by CCP Greyscale in another blog, so stay tuned for details on that one. In the meantime, rest assured that profit margins are still going to be possible as long as you dont all flock to over-saturated solar systems. Expect costs ranging from 0% to 14% of the base item being produced for the most extreme case. ...huh

In my opinion, triage hugely support small gang because you can put 1-2 people into your triage and be able to upengage pretty heavily rather than needing to put anywhere from 4-6 people in guardians to take the same kind of upengagement. ben booley, executor of Rote Kapelle

It's like the Tea Party of the small gang bloc.
/edit
Despite being :EVE:, this has got to be top 10 most ridiculous comments. There is no such thing as "upengagement" with triage carriers. Other than pointing out ridiculous scenarios like a Triage carrier + Bhaalgorn vs. some kitchen sink fleet and sarcastically saying "small gang hurrr", the concept of saying "hey we can engage this fleet that's 2x our size by giving ourselves 100x the EHP we would normally get" goes against the principle and spirit of small gang clashes. Doing more with less is impressive and interesting, and under no circumstances involving subcaps would using a triage carrier be classed as "less".
/edit2
That's why no one is impressed when you use logi in small gang. The magnitude of power that logi provides is so ludicrous compared to the damage projection and output of 99% of ships that it's hard to argue you're doing more with less. You can do interesting things with logi. You can set up and solve complex brawling scenarios if you're good and coordinated and knowledgeable enough. But calling triage carriers small gang is one step away from calling Titans small gang and calling blobbing small gang on the "how stupid is this comment?" scale.

90% webs are only 30% better than 60% webs, though. You're just trying to confuse everyone with your mathematics and understanding of the game mechanics.

30 is half of 60 surely they're 50% stronger!

So for those of you in cfc, why do I never see a cfc fleet action with out at least a couple of ships dying to other cfc members? You guys are worse with friendly fire than the british.

its null fleet action, there are zero meaningful pilot decision requirements for 99% of the players involved, why are you so surprised?
