The Chatsystem etc makes it very hard to find people 4 FP. They have to adjust it to some standards,period. Just spamming one channel,where you hope that someone arrives just in time,to read your messages is not the way to go in 2012 anymore

Random thoughts after ~200 hours of gameplay on my Sith Juggernaut as both tank and DPS:
- Leveling wasn't difficult and didn't even seem like leveling in the usual MMO sense, this was the only game I've ever enjoyed questing on.
- The PVP in this game is an utter fail in terms of balance even at high level when geared. Hopefully this gets fixed soon but not going to get my hopes up.
- The PVE would be good once they patch a few of the bugs in hardmode flashpoints. The raids have been quite fun though with original and interesting mechanics!
- So incredibly addictive - almost finished my full Champion PVP set and working towards my columi PVE set as well.
- I see a lot of people complaining about the chat / auction house / no dungeon group finder system but I guess this is all just personal preference, because I find these acceptable.
- This game is HARD to play with lag, and being in Australia makes this an issue (constant 200-300ms). I need to find a decent tunneling service ASAP.
- Romancing your companions is funny, some of the dialog is hilarious.
- Making money is way too easy and I can't find anything to spend money on at end-game (being a biochem means I don't even need to buy stims). This could likely cause huge inflation in the economy - but I'm not an expert on this. Repairs and respecs can get pretty expensive if you do these a lot but other than that it doesn't seem like much.
- Just like in WoW, there are lots of DPS, a few healers and very few tanks (at least on my server)
- Tanking in this game is is probably the first game I've found tanking slightly difficult. Lots of spread out trash pulls of ranged mobs that don't group up. Your DPS need to work with you or they'll definitely piss off both the tank and the healer.

Been playing for about 2 days now. Level 14 at the moment, republic sentinel.
Playing on Infinite Empire. The questing so far has not seemed very repetitive at all, and the combat seems to be pretty interactive. Leveling seems fairly easy so far but my friends said it does slow down a bit. I just put this song on loop and I can play for hours.

This has probably been gone over before, but is it just me or is the Sith Inquisitor "too" squishy in PvE between levels 30-40? Seems like using any companion other than Khem Val is just turning on Heroic mode for quests. I stack endurance yet I watch my Marauder friend donning medium armor jump into a group of 2 strong mobs and kill them while I get insta-gibbed if I try the same thing.
Oh well, still really enjoying the game so far.

Yes Assasin is really squishy at those levels,if you are specced dps. The lack of heal in any form makes it nearly impossible to pull up huge numbers of mobs,even if they are"normal". If you specc tank,as i have,and got Talos at around 40+ you can do some +2 or in rare circumstances +4 solo.

Any of you guys already 50 with a sage or a sorcerer? Can you post the damage range in the tooltip for maxlevel telekinetic throw, disturbance, Mind Blast, Weaken Mind, Project and Telekinetic Wave/Force in Balance? I want to calculate the difference beetween balance, telekinetic and hybrid skills but don't find any information on the damage of the skills and on my current level, the numbers are screwed because i cannot compare skills midlevel.

Another question, maybe you can help there as well. The Talent presence of mind, which gives the next skill with activation time 20% more damage after proccing from telecinetic throw does only affect the dd component of Mind blast, correct? Also, it seems to activate while channeling the spell, which could lead into thinking, that the ticks themselves proc with 30% chance, however, the overall chance i get seems to be rougly every third tlekinetic throw, which would mean that it means the spell, not the ticks. Can anyone confirm that?

So we started doing some of EV8 on hard (not nightmare) and kept running into bug after bug on the pylon boss.
We tried doing each level in the fewest number of rotations and had each level solved simultaneously between pillars but it would randomly bug out and make the consoles uninteractable. Anyone figure out a way to do this reliably?

Ah, thx for the work, however, this seems very low. I am not entirely sure, but on lvl 27, i think i will be able to buy a telekinetic throw that does 800 damage on the tooltip? Or is the Tooltip already taking gear into consideration? Would be pretty crazy to show me the damage i will do with my current equip on the tooltip of the spell at the trainer Anyway, the damage of the spells should be weighed correctly, no matter what the multiplicator comes from, so that will do nicely, thanks.

Honestly, why? Sure they are fun the first few hours but don't they just get old? It's something diffrent if they kinda "fit" the class (examples would be a Moonkin named Doomkin in WoW...) but just "stupid" names... Why? To pay for a namechange sooner or later if you realise that you don't find it funny anymore?
Or are you just waiting for someone to report the name and you have to change it anyway?
