Also, because of wifi, you can trade much easier, like if you had diamond/pearl with you I can get you like anything, even event exclusive stuff like jirachi and celebi.

![]() The physical/special attack division is such an integral element. I can't get used to moves like Dragon Claw or Thunderpunch being based on speecial attack.

A good ice beam (good meaning from a pokemon with a half-decent SpAtt stat) still kills any fully evolved dragon. Yache Berry counters that by reducing super effective ice damage by 50% but other than that, there's no way the overused dragons (Salamence, Garchomp, even Dragonite) could survive one of those concentrated ice blasts due to their unfortunate typing (either Dragon/Flying or Dragon/Ground), which makes them four times susceptible to frostbite.

its usuallly not something you talk about or admit but in a pokemon thread i guess its the best place i have a world class pokemon diamond and pearl team that has competed/won tournaments so yes, i do date supermodels poor noob already said it, but yes go to www.smogon.com and test your teams out on shoddy battle because EV training them and such on diamond and pearl is a huge hell so you need to have it planned out before hand.

Oh, those were the fun days, sleepless nights to play the mighty game. I remember when I got Pikachu version, the one where you had pikachu running with you all around. I got bored after they introduced like a gazillion new characters to the anime. So fucking stupid~
