What I want to know is, does your transfered pokemon keep their level, IV, EV, and held items? I want to play D/P (or wait for plantinum, seems I always get the compilation game in the series >_>) but am too lazy to redo all that IV breeding/EV training. Also, for those of you that play emerald version, check out the item cloning trick, it's very useful. I'm cloning tons of master balls/rare candy/berries/left overs for my team building efforts, which is another reason I want to know if held item transfer over from emerald to D/P, cuz I want those master balls and rare candies to transfer over to D/P to quickly rebuild my team to account for the new special/physical attack split w/o needing to put another 300 hours into it. | ||

I think they keep EV's and IV's. You'll find the Physical/Special split has turned sneasle(once useless) and its evolution weavile into fucking killing machines. Lame Story - Weavile vs his full team swept the entire thing with 2 swords dances o__o thats how it effects. | ||

I've played Emerald, have Yellow, have Pearl. IMO Yellow > all. I liked D/P too though. Wasn't too much of a fan of R/S/E, maybe because I only played for like 20 minutes -_- Hey all, favorite Pokemon? Just your FAVORITE Pokemon. No other things. Mine = Dragonite~ I like how friendly he looks but can demolish. He's like level 71 in my Pearl game. | ||

And also you can transfer as many times as you want i think,you can only do it once a day though. Cause i transfered all the regi's and a bunch of other shit from just starting the game over each day.. | ||

it's pretty fun to roll through emerald using only older pokemon.. i gamesharked my game to get my faveourite 6 pokemon from GSC and RBY. and i don't mean legendaries either. guys like ariados and marowak. people who use all legendaries are missing the point of the game. it's about your faveourite pokemon not how many guys in your team have 500+ sp atk On July 30 2008 07:24 MyStiC_Chaos wrote: Hey all, favorite Pokemon? All the old pokemon are in it. I only use Altaria and Cacturne from the new game. Other than that I think I have Blastoise (Starter), Jynx, Alakazam, and Hitmontop. I'm stuck on the elite four and I'm about 10 levels down and of course the first guy is dark type and my team is mostly psychic, my hitmontop is like 20 levels down cuz I needed to keep someone out to use fly//strength//flash//waterfall (so annoying) | ||

After at least an hour dozens of pokeballs I finally caught a Beldum, I had to resort to cheating (reloading save states) to do it but I did it. Damn that was annoying. ps: don't bother telling me no one cares I already know just had to share it with someone. | ||
